After this region, we can mention the high score of region 9. These two regions had the most privileges regarding sports facilities in the metropolis of Mashhad. In this respect, Samen Region obtained the lowest score. Using the Mirca technique with the weight of the Seca model, the 2nd region of Mashhad metropolis obtained the highest score (0.0228). The Samen region with a score of 0.0728 and the 1st region with a score of 0.0660 obtained the lowest scores.
Conclusion: The final results of the research indicate the existence of inequality in the distribution of sports facilities. The comparative comparison of Seca and Mirca techniques shows the unequal distribution of sports facilities in all 13 regions of Mashhad metropolis.
