fa تبیین مولفه الگوهای ماندگار حاکم بر مسکن بومی مشهد و اولویت‌بندی آنها با استفاده از روش تحلیل سلسله‌مراتبی پژوهشی اصیل Original Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>اهداف و زمینه‌ها:</strong> مشهد شهری است با محله‌های تاریخی که روزگاری بسیاری از خانه‌های ارزشمند را در خود جای داده بود. اما به‌واسطه تغییر شیوه زندگی، طرح‌های توسعه، تغییرات اقتصادی و غیره بخش وسیعی از بافت ارزشمند شهر طی زمان دچار تغییر شده است. لذا اگر در مسیر ایده حفظ و به‌هنگام‌سازی گذشته با ایجاد خلاقیت و حساسیت گام برداریم، ساختمان‌های سنتی می‌توانند به منبع الهام‌بخشی تبدیل شوند که برای توسعه معماری معاصری که پاسخگوی فرآیندهای فرهنگی محلی باشد، به کار گرفته شوند. بر این اساس این پژوهش با هدف معرفی و پیشنهاد مولفه‌ها و شاخص‌های الگوهای بومی شهر مشهد صورت پذیرفت.<br> <strong>روش‌شناسی:</strong> در این پژوهش توصیفی- تحلیلی، داده‌ها به‌صورت کتابخانه‌ای و در برخی موارد به‌صورت پیمایشی با تکمیل پرسش‌نامه توسط خبرگان جمع‌آوری شد. بدین ترتیب که با استفاده از رویکرد داده‌بنیاد و استفاده از نرم‌افزار Maxqda 10 مولفه‌ها و شاخص‌های مورد توجه در خانه‌های بومی استخراج شد و سپس با استفاده از روش تحلیل سلسله‌مراتبی (AHP) مولفه الگوهای بومی تعیین اهمیت و وزن‌دهی شد.<br> <strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> اولویت مولفه الگوهای بومی موثر بر مسکن شهر مشهد به ترتیب محرمیت، درون‌گرایی، پرهیز از بیهودگی، مردم‌واری، ارتباط با طبیعت، جامع‌نگری و وحدت‌گرایی، خودبسندگی، معنایی- نمادین و تداوم و تکامل بودند و مولفه الگوهای با امتیاز بالای 1/0 شامل محرمیت، درون‌گرایی، پرهیز از بیهودگی، مردم‌واری و ارتباط با طبیعت به ترتیب به‌عنوان مولفه الگوهای ماندگار بومی مشهد معرفی و انتخاب شدند.<br> <strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> مولفه الگوهای محرمیت، درون‌گرایی، پرهیز از بیهودگی، مردم‌واری و ارتباط با طبیعت در رتبه‌های اول تا پنجم مولفه الگوهای ماندگار بومی مشهد هستند.</div> <div></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Aims & Backgrounds: </strong>Mashhad is a city with historical neighborhoods that once housed many valuable houses. But due to changing lifestyles, development plans, economic changes, etc., a large part of the valuable texture of the city has changed over time. Therefore, if we follow the path of the idea of preserving and updating the past by creating creativity and sensitivity, traditional buildings can become a source of inspiration for the development of contemporary architecture that is responsible for local cultural processes. Accordingly, the aim of this research was to introduce and propose the components and indicators of indigenous patterns of Mashhad city.<br> <strong>Methodology: </strong>In this descriptive-analytical study, the data were collected by library method and in some cases using survey through completing the questionnaire by experts.
