fa نقش سازمان‌های مردم‌نهاد و تشکل‌های محلی در توانمندسازی اجتماعی سکونتگاه-های غیررسمی جغرافيای شهری Urban Geography پژوهشی اصیل Original Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>اهداف و زمینه‌ها:</strong> اسکان غیررسمی یکی از مهم‌ترین معضلات شهری است که سبب کاهش سطح کمّی و کیفی زندگی می&shy;شود. تاکنون روش&shy;های مختلفی برای ساماندهی اسکان غیررسمی ارایه ‌شده که با شکست مواجه شده‌اند، اما راهبرد توانمندسازی به‌منظور تقلیل نابرابری&shy;های کالبدی، اقتصادی و اجتماعی در دنیا جایگاه بالایی دارد. از جمله راهکارهای حل مسایل پیچیده این سکونتگاه‌‌‌&shy;ها، حضور نمایندگان سازمان&shy;های مردم‌نهاد و تشکل&shy;های محلی در ساماندهی و توانمندسازی سکونتگاه&shy;های غیررسمی به‌عنوان حلقه ارتباطی میان دولت و ساکنان جهت انجام اقداماتی در زمینه&shy;های فرهنگی، اجتماعی است. این پژوهش در نظر دارد که به این سئوال پاسخ دهد که سازمان&shy;های مردم‌نهاد و تشکل&shy;های محلی چه جایگاهی در توانمندسازی اجتماعی سکونتگاه‌های غیررسمی دارند. محدوده انتخاب‌شده تحقیق، هسته جمعیتی جاده قدیم قوچان است که یکی از هسته&shy;های شناسایی‌شده سکونتگاه&shy;های غیررسمی در مشهد بوده و در شمال غرب واقع ‌شده است. <span style="font-size:10.0pt;"></span><br> <strong>روش‌شناسی:</strong> این مطالعه کیفی به روش داده‌بنیاد، در سال 1396 در اعضای سازمان‌های مردم‌نهاد و تشکل‌های محلی هسته جمعیتی جاده قدیم قوچان انجام شد. مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختاریافته با 11 نفر از اعضای فعال انجام شد تا به مرز اشباع رسید.<br> <strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> در مرحله کدگذاری باز با تحلیل خط به خط تعداد 403 داده خام، 20 مفهوم و 7 مقوله به‌دست آمد. سه مقوله اعتماد اجتماعی به سازمان، محدودیت در درآمد سازمان و توانایی کاری محدود در سازمان به‌عنوان پدیده‌های مرکزی انتخاب شدند.<br> <strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> سازمان&shy;های مردم‌نهاد تمایل بالایی به اعتماد اجتماعی و پذیرش توسط ساکنین محلات دارند اما بنا به دلایل مسایل اقتصادی و مالی و عدم توانایی در تأمین هزینه&shy;
