fa اولویت سنجی تعیین راهبردهای توسعه فضاهای عمومی شهر عسلویه با استفاده از مدل فرآیند تحلیل شبکه (ANP) تخصصی Special پژوهشی اصیل Original Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="background:white;"><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;">فضاهای عمومی، نقش محوری در برنامه ریزی و توسعه شهرها دارند و از اجزای اصلی یک محیط شهری سالم و با نشاط به حساب می آیند. توسعه کیفی و کمی فضاهای عمومی شهرها، هنگامی روند مطلوب اجرایی و قابل تحققی پیدا خواهد نمود، که اولویت سنجی مسائل موجود در شهرها، مبتنی بر نظریات نوین مشارکت مردمی (دیدگاه استفاده کنندگان) و استفاده از روش های علمی مناسب و کارآمد باشد. از آنجا که نظرات و آراء مختلفی در سطح شهر پیرامون مسائل و اولویت های شهری وجود دارد و اتخاذ تصمیمات می بایست همگرا و در راستای پوشش همه جانبه اولویت ها باشد، بنابراین هدف مقاله حاضر، اولویت سنجی و تعیین راهبردهای توسعه فضاهای عمومی شهر عسلویه با استفاده از مدل &laquo;فرآیند تحلیل شبکه</span></span></span><span dir="LTR" style="background:white;"><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;">&raquo; (ANP) </span></span></span><span style="background:white;"><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;">می باشد. در این پژوهش روش تحقیق توصیفی- تحلیلی و مبتنی بر مطالعات اسنادی- کتابخانه ای، بررسی های میدانی، مراجعه مستقیم به سازمان های مربوطه و استفاده از ابزار پرسش نامه بوده که محدوده مورد مطالعه شامل فضای عمومی؛ پارک، خیابان و بازار و هفت فضای شهری مورد بررسی است. ابتداء مهمترین مسائل مرتبط با فضاهای عمومی شهر با استفاده از منابع، مصاحبه و پرسشنامه استخراج گردید، سپس با توجه به ویژگی های</span></span></span><span dir="LTR" style="background:white;"><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;"> ANP </span></span></span><span style="background:white;"><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;">و ویژگی مسائل شهر عسلویه، داده ها و اطلاعات اولیه طبقه بندی و به تبع آن مدل مفهومی</span></span></span><span dir="LTR" style="background:white;"><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;"> ANP </span></span></span><span style="background:white;"><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;">تهیه گردید. مدل</span></span></span><span dir="LTR" style="background:white;"><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;"> ANP </span></span></span><span style="background:white;"><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;">مبتنی بر فضاهای عمومی شهر عسلویه شامل 4 خوشه (معیار/گروه) و 14 گزینه (نود/زیر گروه) با استفاده از نرم افزار</span></span></span><span dir="LTR" style="background:white;"><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;"> Super Decisions </span></span></span><span style="background:white;"><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;">تولید شد و نتایج بررسی های میدانی در نرم افزار مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. خروجی های مدل به شیوه های مختلف متنی و نمودارهای متنوع و قابل تامل برای تمام معیارها و گزینه ها قابل ارائه است، از این رو، به سبب حجم گسترده عملیات، تنها برخی از خروجی ها برای نمونه در مقاله آورده شدند. نتایج تحقیق نشان می دهد، بیشترین و بالاترین اولویت ها مربوط به تعاملات اجتماعی (0.644 نرمال شده خوشه فضای مطلوب شهری)، دسترسی اجتماعی (0.625 نرمال شده خوشه قابلیت دسترسی به فضاهای عمومی) و سازگاری (0.415 نرمال شده خوشه کاربرد بهینه فضاهای عمومی)، با تاکید بر توسعه فضای عمومی بازار شهر (بخش مرکزی) و بخش ساحلی شهر- پارک نگین جهت تعیین راهبردهای توسعه فضاهای عمومی شهر عسلویه تعیین گردید</span></span></span><span dir="LTR" style="background:white;"><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;">.&nbsp;</span></span></span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:20.0pt;"></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Public spaces<span dir="RTL">، </span>a central role in planning and urban development is major components of an urban environment is healthy and lively.
