fa تحلیلی بر ارزیابی جامعه روستایی از عملکرد نهاد دهیاری با استفاده از رویکرد مدل سازی معادلات ساختاری تخصصی Special پژوهشی اصیل Original Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">تحقیق حاضر به تحلیلِ ارزیابی جامعه روستایی از عملکرد دهیاری ها در بخش مرکزی شهرستان روانسر با استفاده از رویکرد آماری مدل سازی معادلات ساختاری می پردازد. بر اساس اهداف و وظایف مطرح در قانون دهیاریها، پرسشنامه ای تدوین و با مصاحبه با افراد نمونه دادههای مورد نیاز جمعآوری گردید. با پردازش اولیه محتوای پرسشنامه و دسته بندی موضوعی آن، متغیرهای مشاهده شده برای چهار مولفه ارزیابی عملکرد اقتصادی، عملکرد اجتماعی- فرهنگی، عملکرد خدماتی و عملکرد مدیریتی دهیاری ها بدست آمد. توصیف اولیه متغیرها بیانگر پایین تر بودن میانگین تمامی آنها از حد متوسط و ضعف عملکرد دهیاری ها از دیدگاه جامعه روستایی بود. چهار مدل تحلیل عاملی تاییدی مرتبه اول برای اندازه گیری چهار زیرمقیاس ارزیابی عملکرد تدوین و اعتبارسنجی شد. نهایتاً چگونگی نقش و تاثیر متغیرهای مشاهده شده و مولفه های چهارگانه حاصل از آنها بر ارزیابی عملکرد دهیاری ها، به عنوان متغیر وابسته پنهان اصلی، و روابط بین آنها به کمک یک مدل ساختاری تحلیل عاملی تاییدی پنج عاملی مرتبه دوم مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت. با توجه به اثرات کلی و ضرایب مسیر نهایی، نتایج حاکی از آنست که با حذف اثرات خطاهای اندازه گیری در رویکرد معادلات ساختاری، ارزیابی جامعه روستایی از عملکرد دهیاری ها به ترتیب متاثر از مولفه های عملکرد خدماتی، مدیریتی، اجتماعی- فرهنگی و اقتصادی است که تا اندازه ای با نتایج حاصل از توصیف متغیرهای مشاهده شده خام متفاوت است. اعتبارسنجی درونی زیرمقیاس های چهارگانه و مقایسه آنها با نتایج نهایی بیانگر آنست که تاثیرات غیرمستقیم و نهایی متغیرهای مشاهده شده بر ارزیابی عملکرد دهیاری ها بیش از میزان اعتبار مدل های اندازه گیری ناشی از ماهیت آنها و نقشی است که در عملکرد دهیاری ها دارند.</span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;">The present study attempts to analyze the evaluation of the central district of Ravansar township rural community from the performance of village administrations (Dehyari) by using of structural equation modeling (SEM). In order to collect needed data<span dir="RTL">، </span>a questionnaire was designed and completed via interviewing the sample population. The observed variables for economical<span dir="RTL">، </span>socio-cultural<span dir="RTL">، </span>services and managerial components of the performance evaluation were obtained by thematic categorization and processing of the questionnaire contents. Primary description of variables showed the lower average of all of the variables from the mid-point of the scale (3)<span dir="RTL">، </span>which indicates the weakness of the village administrations from the rural communities&rsquo; point of view. Four sub-scales were then prepared and validated for the components of the performance evaluation by using the first order confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) measurement models in Amos Graphics. The impacts of the observed variables and respective sub-scales on the evaluation of village administrations<span dir="RTL">، </span>as the main latent dependent variable<span dir="RTL">، </span>was consequently analyzed by using and validating of a second order CFA structural model. By eliminating the measurements errors in SEM approach<span dir="RTL">، </span>the results of total effects of path coefficients revealed the impressibility precedence of rural communities&rsquo; evaluation from the services<span dir="RTL">، </span>managerial<span dir="RTL">، </span>socio-cultural and economical sub-scales respectively. This result is something different from the raw data description.
