fa بررسی و تحلیل میزان رضایتمندی شهروندان از عملکرد شهرداری و شورای شهر هواشناسی و اقلیم Climatology پژوهشی اصیل Original Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">مقاله حاضر با هدف تحلیل و بررسی میزان رضایتمندی شهروندان از عملکرد شهرداری و شورای شهر در مدیریت شهری و بر اساس یافته های حاصل از یک بررسی میدانی در شهر کاشان تهیه شده است که میزان رضایت شهروندان از این سازمانها را در سه بعد مدیریت شهری، یعنی بعد اقتصادی، کالبدی </span></span><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">&ndash;</span></span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> زیست محیطی و فرهنگی </span></span><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">&ndash;</span></span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> اجتماعی مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار می دهد. روش تحقیق و متدولوزی به کار رفته در این تحقیق پیمایشی بوده و مطالعه میدانی آن با استفاده از ابزارهای تحقیق ( مصاحبه و پرسشنامه ) صورت گرفته است. همچنین، جامعه آماری مورد مطالعه در این تحقیق ساکنان شهر کاشان می باشند که به طور تصادفی تعداد 260 نمونه انتخاب شده و برای گردآوری اطلاعات، پرسشنامه بین آنها توضیع شده است. داده های گردآوری شده، از طریق نرم افزار</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> SPSS </span></span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفته اند. نتایج یافته ها حاکی از آن است که میزان رضایتمندی شهروندان از عملکرد شهرداری و شورای شهر در سطح متوسط به بالا قرار دارد. نتایج به دست آمده از آزمون کای اسکوئر نشان دهنده رضایتمندی بالای شهروندان از عملکرد شهرداری در ابعاد فرهنگی و کالبدی و همچنین رضایتمندی متوسط در بعد اقتصادی می باشد. همچنین برای بررسی تفاوت در میزان رضایتمندی شهروندان منطقه یک و دو از عملکرد سازمانهای مزبور از آزمون یومان ویتنی استفاده شده است که بجز در چند مورد تفاوت معناداری بین رضایتمندی این دو منطقه وجود ندارد. از آزمون رگرسیون نیز جهت بررسی رابطه بین وضعیت اجتماعی </span></span><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">&ndash;</span></span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> اقتصادی شهروندان (متغییر مستقل) و میزان رضایتمندی از عملکرد شهرداری و شورای شهر (متغییر وابسته) استفاده شده است که نتایج نشان دهنده وجود تفاوت بین میزان تحصیلات و سطح رضایتمندی و همچنین وجود رابطه بین سن و درآمد و رضایتمندی از عملکرد سازمان های مزبور می باشد</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">.&nbsp;</span></span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;">The present article aims at analyzing and evaluation of citizens &#39;&#39; satisfaction of the performance of urban management is a municipality and city in the Council on the basis of the findings of a field study in Kashan is prepared of organizations citizens satisfaction in three dimensions of urban management<span dir="RTL">، </span>i.e. economic<span dir="RTL">، </span>physical dimension &ndash; social and cultural environment &ndash; the analysis of the case.
