fa برنامه استراتژیک مدیریت سیاسی فضای جغرافیایی شهرستان اسلام‌شهر جغرافیای سیاسی Political Geography پژوهشی اصیل Original Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>اهداف و زمینه‌ها:</strong> مدیران سیاسی فضای جغرافیایی در سطح شهرستان‌ها در جهت انجام وظایف محلی، ناگزیر از تدوین برنامه‌های استراتژیک هستند. آنچه که انجام این امر را ضروری می‌نماید برآمده از رسالت مدیریت سیاسی فضای جغرافیایی در سطح منطقه برای اداره سیاسی فضا به منظور دست‌یابی به اهداف منطقه‌ای است. هدف کلی پژوهش حاضر تدوین برنامه راهبردی مدیریت سیاسی فضای جغرافیایی شهرستان اسلام شهر برای مدیریت هر چه بهتر بر این فضاست. اهداف جزئی پژوهش شامل شناسایی قوت، ضعف، فرصت و تهدیدهای شهرستان اسلام‌شهر و هم‌چنین طراحی مناسب‌ترین راهبردهای مدیریت شهرستان اسلام‌شهر بود.<br> <strong>روش‌شناسی: </strong>این پژوهش توصیفی به روش گردآوری اطلاعات به‌صورت کتابخانه‌ای و مصاحبه حضوری با خبرگان و همچنین مشاهده شخصی و تکمیل پرسش‌نامه خبرگان در سال 1396 انجام شد. از روش تحلیل سلسله مراتبی برای تعیین اهمیت و وزن‌دهی به عوامل داخلی و خارجی استفاده‌ شده است. برای تدوین استراتژی‌ها از روش تحلیل سوات و از ماتریس برنامه‌ریزی استراتژیک کمی برای سنجش میزان جذابیت هر یک از استراتژی‌های مورد نظر استفاده‌ شده است.<br> <strong>یافته‌ها:</strong>&nbsp;مجموع نمره‌های ماتریس ارزیابی عوامل خارجی برابر با 9/1 بود یعنی شهرستان در موقعیت تهدید قرار داشت و مجموع نمره‌های ماتریس ارزیابی عوامل داخلی برابر با 44/2 بود یعنی شهرستان در موقعیت ضعف قرار گرفته بود.&nbsp;<br> <strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> مدیریت سیاسی فضای جغرافیایی اسلام‌شهر باید استراتژی‌های تدافعی اتخاذ کند.<span style="font-size:8.0pt;"></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Aims & Backgrounds: </strong>Political managers of geographical space at the township level are bound to formulate strategic plans in order to carry out their duties. What that makes the presentation of the strategic plan necessary is derived from political management duties of geographical space at the regional level to achieving the regional aims. The general aim of this research was to presentation the strategic plan for the political management of the geographical space of Eslamshahr Township. The minor aims of the research include identifying the strength, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of Eslamshahr Township as well as designing the most appropriate strategies for managing Eslamshahr Township.<br> <strong>Methodology: </strong>This descriptive study was conducted through data collection by library studies, interview with experts, personal observation and completion of the questionnaire by experts in 2017. Analytic hierarchy process (AHP) technique was used for weighting the internal and external factors. Also, the SWOT analysis method was used for strategies planning. Quantitative strategic planning matrix (QSPM) was used for evaluating the strategies.<br> <strong>Findings: </strong>The sum of matrix scores of the external factors was 1.9 which sowed the threat position of the township.
