fa جستاری در شناخت عوامل جغرافیایی مؤثر در شکل‌دهی به فرهنگ سیاسی تمرکزگرا در ایران در قرن معاصر جغرافیای سیاسی Political Geography پژوهشی اصیل Original Research <div style="text-align: justify;">فرهنگ سیاسی هر ملتی نماد رفتارهای یک ملت نسبت به مقولات مرتبط همچون حکومت، قدرت، روابط خارجی و یکی از عناصر مهم موردمطالعه در جامعه‌شناسی، تاریخ، علوم سیاسی و دیگر حوزه‌های مرتبط می‌باشد. در یک جامعه، سنت‌های سیاسی، کارکرد نهادهای عمومی، هیجانات سیاسی شهروندان و همچنین سبک عمل رهبران نتایج تصادفی حوادث تاریخی نیستند بلکه جزئی از یک کل معنادار و تناسب یافته می‌باشند که فرهنگ سیاسی جامعه را تشکیل می‌دهند. این در حالی است که هر پدیده ظهور یافته در یک کشور اعم از فرهنگ سیاسی، به‌طور مبنایی از ابعاد طبیعی و انسانی فضای جغرافیایی محل استقرار خود نیز تأثیر می‌پذیرد. فرهنگ سیاسی در ایران نیز مراحل و دگرگونی‌های زیادی را پشت سر گذاشته است و مطالعه این فرایند بدون توجه به بنیاد جغرافیایی ناکافی بوده و توجه به ابعاد جغرافیایی فلات ایران می‌تواند بخشی از علل ظهور فرهنگ سیاسی در ایران را نمایان سازد. با توجه به وسعت موضوعات موردمطالعه در فرهنگ سیاسی ایران در این پژوهش کوشش گردیده بنیادهای جغرافیایی میل به تمرکزگرایی در حکمرانی و علل قوام آن در قرن اخیر در اذهان و رفتارهای سیاسی دولت‌مردان و شهروندان با اتکا به روش‌شناسی توصیفی تحلیلی تحلیل گردد. یافته‌های پژوهش نمایانگر آن است یکی از عمده‌ترین سرچشمه‌های تکوین مقبولیت حکمرانی بسیط در فرهنگ سیاسی دولت - ملت در ایران درنتیجه عواملی هم چون موقعیت استراتژیک ایران و تنوع خرده‌فرهنگ‌های انسانی، همچنین وجود منابع طبیعی و فسیلی بی‌بدیل موجود در ایران و اثرات آن در افزایش قدرت دولت در بین نیازی به جامعه مدنی می‌باشد. ضمن اینکه موقعیت جغرافیایی حائل ایران مابین قدرت‌های بری و بحری و صدمات و خساراتی که از این بابت بر ملت ایران وارد گردید؛ سبب ایجاد حس تنفر نسبت به قدرت‌های بیگانه در اذهان حکومت و ملت ایران و اعتقاد به تمرکز تصمیم‌گیری برای مقابله با چنین اهدافی در فرهنگ سیاسی ایران گردیده است.&nbsp;</div> <div dir="ltr" style="text-align: right;"><span style="text-align: left;">&copy;&nbsp;</span><span style="text-align: left;">2018&nbsp;</span><span style="text-align: left;">Geographical Researches</span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Political culture is one important topic in sociology, history, political science. However, the political culture as a human phenomenon, not only influenced by geographical environment and its political geographic position. But also, natural and human Geographical features effects on culture and ideology characteristics in any nation. natural features phenomenon in geographical spatial such political topics basically react from physical and humanity of geographical aspects. In this regard, Iranian political culture studies show the centralized governance has more grass root organization in political culture of Iran. This paper seeks to answer the question: &ldquo;what factors are of centralize and negative mentality about foreign powers in Iran?&rdquo; In this paper with rely on descriptive &ndash;analytical approaches were studied that geographical basics source of two major traits, inclusive negative mentality to foreign powers and faithfulness to centralization structure. Finding research reveals that Incommensurate distribution of natural resource such as water, productive soil has been caused that only centralized state could be managed this inappropriate situation. From another side, Existence Fossil source in Iran has been caused that foreign powers rivaled for accessing to it. Therefore, Iran&#39;s political culture is ruling pro-independence and becoming the undisputed military power has always been pursued in earnest by the various governments. Also, in most oil-rich countries especially in the Middle East, including Iran, more than 50 percent of state revenues directly achieved from the sale of oil and sources of income in the hands of the state as a powerful tool, allows extension of state political power and limits the power of private institutions and social structures. In the cultural geography of Iran, the religion and governance system hs always been a great combination.
