fa تبیین ژئوپلیتیکی ضرورت مدیریت شهر تهران در کلاس جهانی جغرافیای سیاسی Political Geography پژوهشی اصیل Original Research <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;">توسعه نیازمند تولید ثروت و این امر وابسته به رشد اقتصادی در فضای رقابتی است. توزیع فضایی قدرت، ثروت، جمعیت و میزان استقلال شهرهای بزرگ اکنون در همه جای دنیا متأثر از فرایندهای جهانی شدن است. یکی از نتایج جهانی شدن این است که مقیاس روابط بین شهری و شبکه‌های شهری به سطح جهانی ارتقا یافته است. یکی از مشکلات اساسی ایران، محلی اندیشی و ناجهانی اندیشی است و بیش از اشتراکات بر افتراقات و عوامل واگرا توجه نشان می‌دهد و بیشتر از تولید و تعامل فکری و علمی، درصدد صدور آرا و نظرات خود به دیگر نقاط جهان است. تحولات ژئوپلیتیکی چند دهه اخیر چنان شتابناک بوده که تصمیم سازان سیاسی را گاه غافلگیر کرده و آنها را به اتخاذ روش‌های واکنشی برای مواجه با تحولات سوق داده است. ساماندهی و مدیریت شهر تهران به عنوان پایتخت و گرانیگاه اصلی حکومت در ایران، و با توجه به نقشی که این شهر در عرصه منطقه و جهان ایفا می‌کند، نمی‌تواند فارغ از تحولات جهانی و بدور از فرایندهای جهانی شدن باشد. هر تلاشی برای مدیریت بهینه شهر تهران بدون توجه به مؤلفه‌ها و ویژگی‌های جهانی شدن و همراهی و هماهنگی با اهداف جهانی، به موفقیت چندانی نایل نخواهد شد.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">Development requires production of wealth and this is dependent on economic growth in a competitive space. Spatial distribution of wealth, population and the independence amount of big cities are now affected by globalization processes all over the world. One of the consequences of globalization is that the domain of intercity relationship and urban networks has improved to international level. One of the fundamental problems of Iran is local thinking and lack of global thinking. The geopolitical changes of recent decades have been so fast that they have surprised political decision makers and have actuated them to adopt reactive approaches to deal with them. Regularization and management of Tehran as the capital and main center of government in Iran and given the roll that it plays in the region and the world, it can not be free of global developments and out of globalization processes.
