fa چرخش فرهنگی در جغرافیا و تأثیرات آن بر رشتۀ جغرافیای سیاسی جغرافیای سیاسی Political Geography پژوهشی اصیل Original Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><div dir="ltr" style="text-align: right;"></div><strong>مقدمه:</strong> چرخش فرهنگی مجموعه‌ای از تحولات فکری است که از اواخر دهه 1980 حوزه صلاحیت رشته جغرافیا را گسترده‌تر کرده و منجر به محوری شدن مسائل فرهنگی در جغرافیای انسانی شده است. دو نوع چرخش فرهنگی وجود دارد. نوع اول اشاره به نظریه‌پردازی در مورد جهان دارد؛ درحالی‌که در نوع دوم، فرهنگ به‌عنوان &laquo;یک شیوه تفکر و دانستن&raquo; در نظر گرفته می‌شود. &nbsp;<span style="font-size:12.0pt;"></span><br> <strong>اهداف:</strong> با توجه به اهمیت بحث چرخش فرهنگی برای رشته جغرافیای سیاسی و با توجه به وجود خلاء ادبیات فارسی در این زمینه، مقاله حاضر به بررسی تأثیرات چرخش فرهنگی بر رشته جغرافیای سیاسی می‌پردازد.<br> <strong>مواد و روش&rlm;ها:</strong> این مقاله از روش &laquo;توصیفی - تحلیلی&raquo; استفاده می‌کند. با توجه به ماهیت موضوع روش گردآوری اطلاعات به شیوه کتابخانه‌ای و اینترنتی است. به‌این‌ترتیب که اطلاعات موردنیاز از کتاب‌ها و مقالات استخراج و طبقه‌بندی‌شده و سپس به شیوه کیفی، به تجزیه‌وتحلیل آن‌ها پرداخته‌شده است.<br> <strong>نتیجه&rlm; گیری:</strong> در جغرافیای سیاسی متأثر از فرهنگ، &laquo;سیاسی&raquo; معنایی فراتر از معنای متعارف سیاست رسمی می‌یابد. در این زمینه جغرافیای سیاسی به تشخیص و نشان دادن تأثیرات متقابل &laquo;نشانه‌ها&raquo; و &laquo;نمادهای&raquo; فرهنگی از یک‌سو و &laquo;اعمال سیاسی&raquo; از سوی دیگر می‌پردازد و به&rlm;ویژه بر &laquo;معنا&raquo; و نزاع بر سر معنا و گفتمان تمرکز می‌شود. چرخش فرهنگی سه تأثیر عمده بر رشته جغرافیای سیاسی داشته است، اول، صورت‌بندی مجدد مفاهیم و موضوعات رشته جغرافیای سیاسی بر اساس لنز فرهنگی؛ دوم، تمرکز بر موضوعات جدیدی مانند سیاست فرهنگی که تا قبل از دهۀ 1980 موردتوجه نبودند؛ و سوم، توجه به فرهنگ ازنظر تولید دانش جغرافیای سیاسی. در این زمینه به‌نقد و تحلیل ساخت اجتماعی دانش توسط گروه‌های اجتماعی قرارگرفته در متن‌های زمانی- مکانی خاص و فرهنگ‌های خاص پرداخته می‌شود. به&rlm; عبارت &rlm;دیگر یک ارزیابی از دانش جغرافیای سیاسی بر اساس فرهنگ افرادی که این دانش را تولید کرده‌اند، انجام می‌شود</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Introduction and Background</strong> Cultural turn is a collection of intellectual development that from the late 1980s has expanded the scope of geography and it has led to the centering of cultural issues in human geography. There are two types of cultural turn: the first one refers to theorizing about the world, while the second one is more philosophical and abstract. In second type culture is regarded as &ldquo;as a way of thinking and knowing&rdquo;.<br> <strong>Aims</strong> Considering the importance of cultural turn for the field of political geography, and this fact that this issue has not been touched upon in Persian, the present paper addresses the impacts of cultural turn on the field of political geography.<br> <strong>Methodology </strong>The present study uses &ldquo;analytic-descriptive&rdquo; approach as it methodology. Due to the nature of the topic, data was collected through library and internet research. The required information was extracted from books and papers and categorized, and then was analyzed qualitatively.<br> <strong>Conclusion</strong> In political geography affected by culture, &ldquo;political&rdquo; has a meaning beyond the conventional meaning of official politics. In this regard political geography recognizes and represents the mutual effects of cultural &ldquo;signs&rdquo; and &ldquo;symbols&rdquo; on one hand, and &ldquo;political acts&rdquo; on the other. In this regard,in particular, the focus is on &ldquo;meaning&rdquo; and the struggle for meaning and discourse. The result of paper shows that cultural turn has had three main impacts on political geography. The first one is reformulation of the concepts and subjects of political geography from a cultural lens. The second impact is focus on new issues, such as cultural politics, which were not taken into consideration before 1980s. The third effect is attention to culture from the viewpoint of generating knowledge of political geography. In this respect, the social construction of knowledge by social groups in special time-place contexts and cultures is criticized and analyzed.
