en شاخص‌های تحقق‌پذیری شهر کم‌کربن؛ مطالعه موردی منطقه 2 کلانشهر تهران The Feasibility Indicators of a Low-Carbon City; a Case Study of Tehran Metropolis’s District 2 جغرافیای عمومى General Geography پژوهشی اصیل Original Research اهداف: شهرها به عنوان نقاط تجمع با تراکم بالا (جمعیت، انرژی و زباله)، تقاضای بسیار زیادی را بر محیط زیست و منابع شهری تحمیل می‌کنند. گسترش بی‌رویه شهرها، تغییرات کاربری اراضی و افزایش انتشار کربن ناشی از فعالیت‌های انسانی، چالش‌هایی جدی برای دستیابی به توسعه پایدار ایجاد کرده است. هدف این پژوهش، ارزیابی شاخص‌های تحقق‌پذیری شهر کم‌کربن در منطقه ۲ کلانشهر تهران بود. روش‌شناسی: این پژوهش پیمایشی در بازه زمانی فروردین تا مهر ماه ۱۴۰۴ در منطقه ۲ کلانشهر تهران انجام شد. با تعیین حجم نمونه با استفاده از جدول مورگان، ۱۲۵ متخصص و مسئول امور شهری انتخاب شدند. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از روش تحلیل سلسله‌مراتبی استفاده شد. یافته‌ها: امتیاز نهایی عوامل موثر در گاهش آلودگی هوا به ترتیب "گسترش حمل و نقل عمومی مدرن" (۳۵۷/۰)، "ایحاد زیرساخت‌های هوشمند" (۲۴۳/۰)، "ایجاد فضاهای سبز" (۱۵۶/۰)، "امکانات پیاده‌روی" (۱۳۸/۰)، مشارکت عمومی (۰۹۸/۰) و "آموزش همگانی" (۰۸۶/۰) بودند. مناسب‌ترین گزینه برای شاخص فرم، "ایجاد فضاهای سبز شهری"، برای شاخص حمل و نقل و زیرساخت، "گسترش حمل و نقل عمومی مدرن" و برای شاخص حکمروایی، "مشارکت عمومی" بود. نتیجه‌گیری: گسترش حمل و نقل عمومی مدرن، ایجاد زیرساخت‌های هوشمند، ایجاد فضاهای سبز و همچنین امکانات پیاده‌روی در کاهش آلودگی هوای منطقه ۲ کلانشهر تهران موثر هستند.   Aims: Cities, as high-density gathering points (population, energy, and waste), impose enormous demands on the environment and urban resources. Uncontrolled urban expansion, land-use changes, and increased carbon emissions from human activities have created serious challenges to achieving sustainable development. The aim of this study was to evaluate the feasibility indicators of a low-carbon city in District 2 of the Tehran Metropolis. Methodology: This survey research was conducted from April to October 2025 in District 2 of Tehran Metropolis. Using the Morgan table to determine the sample size, 125 experts and urban affairs officials were selected. The analytic hierarchy process was used to analyze the data. Findings: The final scores of the factors affecting air pollution were, respectively, "expansion of modern public transportation" (0.357), "creation of smart infrastructure" (0.243), "creation of green spaces" (0.156), "pedestrian facilities" (0.138), public participation (0.098), and "public education" (0.086). The most appropriate options were "creation of urban green spaces" for the form index, "expansion of modern public transportation" for the transportation and infrastructure index, and "public participation" for the governance index.
