To determine the sample size, 125 urban affairs specialists and relevant officials at the regional level have been selected. Among the indicators of low-carbon city transportation and infrastructure, &quot;public transportation&quot; ranks first with a weight of 0.170, &quot;smart urban infrastructure&quot; ranks second with a weight of 0.167, and &quot;clean vehicles&quot; ranks third with a weight of 0.159.
