en نقش خدمات شهری از نظر شهروندان در فرآیند شکوفایی شهری کلانشهر اصفهان Role of Urban Services from the Perspective of Citizens in the Urban Prosperity Process of Isfahan Metropolis جغرافيای شهری Urban Geography توصیفی و نظرسنجی Descriptive & Survey اهداف: هدف این پژوهش ارزیابی نقش خدمات شهری در فرآیند شکوفایی شهری کلانشهر اصفهان و شناسایی ابعادی بود که بیشترین تاثیر را بر ارتقای شکوفایی شهری دارند. در این راستا، رابطه میان کیفیت خدمات شهری و وضعیت شکوفایی شهری در مناطق مختلف شهر بررسی و ابعاد کلیدی اثرگذار بر شکوفایی شناسایی شد. روش‌شناسی: پژوهش حاضر با رویکرد ترکیبی کمّی-کیفی در سال ۱۴۰۴ در شهروندان کلانشهر اصفهان انجام شد. حجم نمونه با استفاده از فرمول کوکران، ۳۸۴ نفر برآورد شد. نمونه‌گیری به صورت تصادفی و با پوشش مناطق مختلف شهری انجام گرفت. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها، پرسش‌نامه پژوهش‌ساخته بود. داده‌های حاصل وارد نرم‌افزار SPSS 22 شد و برای تحلیل با روش مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. برای بررسی نقش پیش‌بین مولفه‌های خدمات شهری بر شکوفایی شهری، رگرسیون چندمتغیره به کار گرفته شد.  یافته‌ها: خدمات شهری اثر مستقیم، مثبت و معناداری بر شکوفایی شهری داشت و ابعاد زیرساختی، عدالت فضایی و حکمرانی بیشترین تاثیر را در تبیین شکوفایی ایفا کرد. نابرابری فضایی در دسترسی به خدمات، ضعف زیرساخت‌های حیاتی، مشارکت محدود شهروندان و چالش‌های زیست‌محیطی از موانع اصلی شکوفایی پایدار در اصفهان بودند. شکوفایی شهری در اصفهان به کیفیت و عدالت در ارایه خدمات شهری وابسته بود. نتیجه‌گیری: شکوفایی شهری در اصفهان ماهیتی چندبعدی و ناپایدار دارد و ارتقای آن مستلزم بهبود عدالت فضایی، تقویت زیرساخت‌های حیاتی و توسعه حکمرانی مشارکتی است.   Aims: This study aimed to evaluate the role of urban services in the urban prosperity process in the Isfahan metropolis and to identify the dimensions that have the greatest impact on promoting urban prosperity. In this regard, the relationship between the quality of urban services and the status of urban prosperity in different areas of the city was examined, and the key dimensions affecting prosperity were identified. Methodology: The present study, conducted in 2025, employed a combined quantitative-qualitative approach among the citizens of the Isfahan metropolis. The sample size was estimated at 384 people using Cochran's formula. Sampling was done randomly and covered different urban areas. The data collection tool was a research-made questionnaire. The resulting data were entered into SPSS 22 and analyzed using structural equation modeling. Multivariate regression was used to examine the predictive role of urban service components on urban prosperity. Findings: Urban services had a direct, positive, and significant effect on urban prosperity, and the dimensions of infrastructure, spatial justice, and governance had the greatest impact in explaining prosperity. Spatial inequality in access to services, weak critical infrastructure, limited citizen participation, and environmental challenges were the main obstacles to sustainable prosperity in Isfahan. Urban prosperity in Isfahan depended on the quality and justice in the provision of urban services.
