fa تحلیل عوامل موثر بر تاب‌آوری کالبدی سکونتگاه غیررسمی در برابر زلزله (مطالعه موردی: محله شهید معقول شهر مشهد) جغرافيای شهری Urban Geography پژوهشی اصیل Original Research <span style="font-size:10pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="color:black"><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:">اهداف:</span></span><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:"> هدف اصلی مقاله حاضر، تبیین و تحلیل عوامل مؤثر بر تاب‌آوری کالبدی سکونتگاه غیررسمی محله شهید معقول شهر مشهد در برابر زلزله است. این پژوهش با شناسایی متغیرهای کلیدی که بر مقاومت و بازسازی این سکونتگاه‌ها تأثیر می‌گذارند، به دنبال تحلیل روابط میان عوامل مؤثر و تعیین میزان تأثیرگذاری هر یک از آن‌ها است. برای این منظور، از مدل‌های تصمیم‌گیری چندمعیاره مانند</span></span> DEMATEL <span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:">و</span></span> ANP <span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:">استفاده شده تا روابط علّی-معلولی میان شاخص‌ها و اولویت‌بندی عوامل کلیدی مشخص گردید.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:10pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="color:black"><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:">روش شناسی: این پژوهش از نوع کاربردی بوده و با رویکرد &quot;تحلیل علّی-مقایسه‌ای&quot; انجام شده است. از روش‌های</span></span> DEMATEL <span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:">و</span></span> ANP <span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:">برای شناسایی و اولویت‌بندی عوامل مؤثر بر تاب‌آوری کالبدی سکونتگاه غیررسمی محله شهید معقول در برابر زلزله استفاده شد. جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از طریق پرسشنامه‌های تخصصی، مطالعات کتابخانه‌ای و مصاحبه‌های نیمه‌ساختاریافته انجام گردید. تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزارهای</span></span> MATLAB <span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:">و</span></span> SuperDecisions <span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:">صورت گرفت.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:10pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="color:black"><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:">یافته ها:</span></span> <span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:">شاخص &quot;اختیار نهادها در تدوین مقررات&quot; و &quot;الزام قانونی در تشریک مساعی نهادها&quot; بالاترین وزن را داشتند و بر اهمیت هماهنگی نهادی و قوانین متناسب تأکید کردند. نتایج نشان داد شاخص‌هایی مانند &quot;زیست‌پذیر نمودن&quot; به‌عنوان عوامل تأثیرگذار و شاخص‌هایی چون &quot;رسمیت نهادی&quot; به‌عنوان تأثیرپذیر، نقش کلیدی در مدیریت و تاب‌آوری سکونتگاه‌ها داشتند. همچنین، تقویت قوانین و تعاملات نهادی به‌عنوان راهبردهای مؤثر برای بهبود مدیریت شهری شناسایی شد.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:10pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="color:black"><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:">نتیجه گیری: نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که تاب‌آوری کالبدی سکونتگاه‌های غیررسمی، به‌ویژه در محله شهید معقول، وابسته به تقویت شاخص‌هایی مانند رسمیت نهادی، انگیزه ساکنان و زیست‌پذیر نمودن بوده است. علاوه بر این، تطبیق قوانین با نیازهای محلی و هماهنگی نهادی در سطح بین‌دولتی از جمله راهبردهای مؤثر برای بهبود شرایط این محلات به شمار می رود.</span></span> <span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:"B Mitra""></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp; <p><strong>Objectives:</strong><br> The main objective of this article is to explain and analyze the factors influencing the physical resilience of the informal settlement in the Shahid Maqool neighborhood of Mashhad against earthquakes. This research aims to identify the key variables that affect the resistance and reconstruction of these settlements, analyze the relationships among influencing factors, and determine the level of impact of each factor. For this purpose, multi-criteria decision-making models such as DEMATEL and ANP were used to identify causal relationships among indicators and prioritize key factors.</p> <p><strong>Methodology:</strong><br> This study is applied research conducted with a &quot;causal-comparative analysis&quot; approach. DEMATEL and ANP methods were employed to identify and prioritize factors influencing the physical resilience of the informal settlement in the Shahid Maqool neighborhood against earthquakes. Data collection was carried out through specialized questionnaires, library studies, and semi-structured interviews. Data analysis was performed using MATLAB and SuperDecisions software.</p> <p><strong>Findings:</strong><br> The indicators &quot;institutional authority in drafting regulations&quot; and &quot;legal obligation for institutional collaboration&quot; had the highest weights, emphasizing the importance of institutional coordination and appropriate regulations. The results showed that indicators such as &quot;enhancing livability&quot; were among the influencing factors, while indicators like &quot;institutional formalization&quot; were identified as dependent factors playing a key role in the management and resilience of settlements. Additionally, strengthening regulations and institutional interactions were recognized as effective strategies for improving urban management.</p> <p><strong>Conclusion:</strong><br> The results of the study revealed that the physical resilience of informal settlements, especially in the Shahid Maqool neighborhood, depends on strengthening indicators such as institutional formalization, residents&#39; motivation, and enhancing livability. Furthermore, adapting regulations to local needs and promoting institutional coordination at an inter-governmental level were identified as critical strategies for improving the conditions in these settlements.</p> تاب آوری,تاب آوری کالبدی,سکونتگاه غیررسمی,محله شهید معقول.
