fa توانمندسازی جوامع محلی شهر محمودآباد به منظور توسعه گردشگری پایدار با تاکید بر توان‌ طبیعی Empowering Local Communities in Mahmoudabad City for Sustainable Tourism Development with Emphasis on Natural Capacities گردشگری طبيعی Natural Tourism پژوهشی اصیل Original Research اهداف: هدف از این مطالعه، بررسی توانمندسازی جوامع محلی به منظور توسعه گردشگری پایدار با تاکید بر توان‌های طبیعی در شهر محمودآباد بود. روش‌شناسی: این مطالعه توصیفی در سال ۱۴۰۳ در شهر محمودآباد انجام شد. در این مطالعه، لیستی از شاخص‌های تاثیرگذار بر توانمندی جوامع محلی با استفاده از مطالعه منابع علمی تهیه شد. با استفاده از این شاخص‌ها به تهیه پرسش‌نامه اقدام شد. سوالات به صورت بسته و براساس مقیاس لیکرت تدوین شد. برای سنجش روایی محتوای پرسش‌نامه، از نظرات ۱۰ نفر از متخصصان حوزه گردشگری پایدار و توسعه جوامع محلی استفاده شد. پایایی پرسش‌نامه با استفاده از آزمون آلفای کرونباخ بررسی شد. جامعه هدف شامل شهروندان، مدیران و مسئولان شهری در شهر محمودآباد بودند. حجم جامعه آماری ۳۱۸۴۴ نفر بود که براساس روش کوکران حجم جامعه نمونه ۳۸۰ نفر محاسبه و با استفاده از نمونه‌گیری اتفاقی ساده انتخاب شدند. داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون تی زوجی در نرم افزار SPSS ۲۴ تحلیل شد. یافته‌ها: در صورت اجرای شاخص‌های توانمندی جوامع محلی در شهر محمودآباد، بُعد زیست‌محیطی بیشترین تاثیر در توسعه گردشگری پایدار محمودآباد را داشت. براساس اولویت‌بندی معیارهای مرتبط با ابعاد سه‌گانه اقتصادی، اجتماعی و زیست‌محیطی، معیارهای تحولات اجتماعی و رفاهی با تفاوت زوجی ۹۲/۱-، اشتغال و درآمد با تفاوت زوجی ۸۸/۱- و مشارکت اجتماعی با تفاوت زوجی ۶۳/۱- دارای اولویت بالاتری بودند. نتیجه‌گیری: در بُعد اقتصادی، اشتغال جوانان وضعیت خوبی دارد، اما درآمد فصلی و ایجاد واحدهای اقتصادی ضعیف بودند. در بُعد اجتماعی، مشارکت مردم مثبت ارزیابی شد، اما دسترسی و آموزش نیازمند تقویت است. در بُعد زیست‌محیطی، همکاری در حفظ محیط خوب است، اما تخریب طبیعت و آلودگی چالش‌هایی جدی هستند. اجرای شاخص‌ها تفاوت چشمگیری ایجاد می‌کند و اولویت با اشتغال، درآمد و مشارکت اجتماعی است.   Aims: This study aimed to examine the empowerment of local communities for sustainable tourism development with an emphasis on natural capacities in Mahmoudabad City. Methodology: This descriptive study was conducted in 2024 as a case study in Mahmoudabad City. A list of indicators influencing community empowerment was prepared through a review of scientific resources. Based on these indicators, a questionnaire was designed. The questions were closed-ended and developed using the Likert scale. The content validity of the questionnaire was evaluated by ten experts in sustainable tourism and community development. The reliability of the questionnaire was assessed using Cronbach's alpha. The target population included citizens, managers, and city officials in Mahmoudabad. The statistical population was 31,844, and using Cochran's method, the sample size was calculated to be 380 participants, selected through simple random sampling. The data were analyzed using paired t-tests. Findings: Implementing local community empowerment indicators in Mahmoudabad demonstrated that the environmental dimension, with an average score of 4.11, had the greatest impact on sustainable tourism development. Based on the prioritization of criteria related to the three dimensions (economic, social, and environmental) social and welfare transformations (mean difference of -1.92), employment and income (-1.88), and social participation (-1.63) were identified as top priorities. The data were analyzed using paired t-tests in SPSS 24 software. Conclusion: In the economic dimension, youth employment was favorable, but seasonal income and the establishment of economic units were weak. In the social dimension, public participation was positively evaluated, but access and education needed enhancement. In the environmental dimension, cooperation in environmental conservation was strong, but challenges such as nature destruction and pollution were significant.
