fa برنامه‌ریزی سناریوی رویدادمداری کلانشهر اصفهان Event-Oriented Scenario Planning of Isfahan Metropolis جغرافيای شهری Urban Geography پژوهشی اصیل Original Research اهداف: هدف اصلی این پژوهش تدوین سناریوهای رویدادمداری در کلانشهر اصفهان است و اهداف فرعی شامل شناسایی مهم‌ترین عوامل موثر بر توسعه رویدادمداری در کلانشهر اصفهان، برآورد میزان تاثیرگذاری و تاثیرپذیری پیشران‌های کلیدی در تدوین سناریوها در رابطه با وضعیت آینده رویدادمداری در کلانشهر اصفهان است. روش‌شناسی: این پژوهش کیفی در سال ۱۴۰۳ در کلانشهر اصفهان انجام شد. به منظور شناسایی پیشران‌‌ها با استفاده از نمونه‌گیری غیرتصادفی هدفمند، نظرات ۱۰ نفر از خبرگان و متخصصان برنامه‌ریزی شهری گرفته شده و در نرم‌افزار میک مک مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت. برای تدوین سناریوهای پیش روی کلانشهر اصفهان در حوزه رویدادمداری از نظرات ۱۰ نفر متخصص آینده‌نگاری برای امتیازدهی ماتریس حالت‌‌های پیش روی توصیفگرها بهره گرفته شد. یافته‌ها: پیشران‌‌های کلیدی تاثیرگذار بر رویدادمداری شهر اصفهان شامل ۱۳ عامل کیفیت محیطی، فضاهای باز، پارکینگ عمومی، تعداد پارک‌‌ها، نفوذپذیری، تعداد اماکن تاریخی، مراکز خرید، تعداد مراکز مذهبی، مساحت معابر، تعداد رستوران‌‌ها، الگوی خیابان، جذابیت بصری و تعداد هتل‌ها بودند. از بین ۴ سناریوی محتمل، سناریوی اول و دوم شرایط مطلوب و ایده‌آل (سناریوی پیش‌برنده)، سناریوی ۳ یک سناریوی نسبتاً مطلوب بود و حالت بینابینی داشت و سناریوی چهارم وضعیت بحرانی و نامطلوب برای آیندە وضعیت رویدادمداری اصفهان را نشان می‌داد. از این میان، عوامل کیفیت محیطی و فضاهای باز بیشترین اثرگذاری را داشتند که بیانگر اهمیت این عوامل در رویدادمداری شهر اصفهان به منظور افزایش احتمال وقوع سناریو اول و اجتناب از سناریو چهارم بود. نتیجه‌گیری: عوامل "کیفیت محیطی" و "فضاهای باز" دارای بیشترین میزان تاثیرگذاری و عوامل "نفوذپذیری"، "الگوی خیابان" و "نظارت طبیعی" دارای بیشترین تاثیرپذیری بر سایر شاخص‌‌ها هستند و شیوه توزیع و پراکنش شاخص‌‌ها در نمودار ماتریس اثر مستقیم، حاکی از ناپایداری سیستم است.   Aims: The main goal of this research is to develop event-based scenarios in the Isfahan metropolis, and the secondary goals include identifying the most important factors affecting the development of event-based development in the Isfahan metropolis, estimating the degree of influence and impact of key drivers in developing scenarios regarding the future status of event-based development in the Isfahan metropolis. Methodology: This qualitative research was carried out in 2024 in the metropolis of Isfahan. In order to identify drivers using targeted non-random sampling, the opinions of 10 urban planning experts and specialists were taken and analyzed in Mic Mac software. In order to compile the scenarios facing the metropolis of Isfahan in the event-oriented field, the opinions of 10 experts in foresight were used to score the matrix of the states facing the descriptors. Findings: The key factors influencing the event orientation of Isfahan city included 13 factors: environmental quality, open spaces, public parking, number of parks, permeability, number of historical sites, shopping centers, number of religious centers, area of passages, number of restaurants, street pattern, visual appeal, and number of hotels. Of the four possible scenarios, the first and second scenarios were favorable and ideal conditions (leading scenario), scenario 3 was a relatively favorable scenario and had an intermediate state, and the fourth scenario showed a critical and unfavorable situation for the future of Isfahan's event-oriented situation. Among these, environmental quality and open spaces factors had the most impact, indicating the importance of these factors in the event management of Isfahan city in order to increase the probability of the first scenario occurring and avoid the fourth scenario.
