fa شاخص‌های کیفیت محیطی فضاهای باز شهری در محله باقرآباد رشت Environmental Quality Indicators of Urban Open Spaces in Bagherabad Neighborhood of Rasht, Iran جغرافيای شهری Urban Geography پژوهشی اصیل Original Research اهداف: معضلات حاصل از رشد جمعیت و دگرگونی روزافزون پیکربندی شهرها، منجر به افزایش اهمیت بررسی کیفیت محیطی فضاهای باز شهری، به عنوان مفهومی چندبعدی و پیچیده شده است؛ که نیاز به بازشناسی آن ضروری به نظر می‌رسد. بر این اساس، هدف این پژوهش، ارزیابی شاخص‌های کیفیت محیطی فضاهای باز شهری در محله باقرآباد شهر رشت بود. روش‌شناسی: این پژوهش توصیفی-تطبیقی در سال ۱۴۰۳ در محله باقرآباد رشت در دو بخش تحلیل محتوای اسنادی و پیمایش میدانی انجام شد. تعداد این پژوهش‌ها به ۱۶۰ عنوان تقلیل یافت و شاخص‌های کیفیت محیطی فضاهای باز استخراج، دسته‌بندی و کدگذاری شد. پیمایش شهروندان بر مبنای شاخص‌های کیفیت محیطی به عنوان گویه‌ها بر مبنای تکنیک پرسش‌نامه‌ای در دو بخش باز و بسته انجام شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از آمار توصیفی و تحلیل محتوا در نرم‌افزار IBM SPSS Statistics نسخه ۲۷ انجام شد. یافته‌ها: ساختار جامع ارزیابی کیفیت محیطی فضاهای باز شهری، مبتنی بر سه رویکرد عینی، ذهنی و رفتاری و دارای ۶ بُعد اجتماعی، کالبدی، اقتصادی، محیطی، خدماتی و شخصی بود. محله باقرآباد، از نظر فضاهای باز دارای کیفیت محیطی زیر سطح متوسط بود. نقطه قوت این محله در عناصر طبیعی و بُعد محیطی و نقطه ضعف اصلی، در دید و منظر و زیبایی‌شناسی عناصر کالبدی منطقه بود. بیشترین توجه شهروندان به موضوع دید و منظر، زیبایی‌شناسی و امنیت محله بود. نتیجه‌گیری: محله باقرآباد رشت، در عین کیفیت محیطی کمتر از متوسط در همه ابعاد، دارای پتانسیل‌های فراوانی به خصوص در بعد محیطی و اجتماعی است.   Aims: The problems resulting from population growth and the increasing transformation of urban configurations have led to an increased importance of examining the environmental quality of urban open spaces as a multidimensional and complex concept. Accordingly, the purpose of this research is to evaluate the environmental quality indicators of urban open spaces in the Bagherabad neighborhood of Rasht. Methodology: The present research is of a descriptive-comparative type and was conducted in the city of Rasht in 2024. In this study, based on a document content analysis process, the environmental quality indicators of urban open spaces were extracted and then, based on the obtained indicators, a field survey was conducted with the aim of evaluating the environmental quality of open spaces in the Bagherabad neighborhood of Rasht city. Findings: The comprehensive structure of evaluating the environmental quality of urban open spaces in the Bagherabad neighborhood is based on three objective, subjective and behavioral orientations and has 6 main dimensions, including social, physical, economic, environmental, service and personal. Based on the findings, Bagherabad neighborhood, in terms of open spaces, has a below-average environmental quality, and the strength of this area is in the natural elements and environmental dimension, and the main weakness is in the view, landscape, and aesthetics of the physical elements of the area. Also, the survey results showed that the most attention of citizens is on the issue of view, landscape, aesthetics, and security of the neighborhood. Conclusion: It is concluded that the concept of environmental quality has a homogeneous and multifaceted structure, and changes in each of the indicators affect the other indicators.
