fa شاخص‌های موثر بر توسعه گردشگری پایدار Indicators Influencing Sustainable Tourism Development گردشگری طبيعی Natural Tourism پژوهشی اصیل Original Research اهداف: شهرستان سرخس از استان خراسان رضوی می‌تواند به یکی از قطب‌های مهم گردشگری کشور مطرح شود اما تاکنون به دلایل متعدد، استفاده بهینه و پایدار از این فرصت‌ها نشده است. هدف اصلی این پژوهش تبیین شاخص‌های موثر بر توسعه گردشگری پایدار شهرستان سرخس است. روش‌شناسی: این پژوهش با هدف کاربردی و روش توصیفی تحلیلی در سال ۱۴۰۳ در شهرستان سرخس به انجام رسید. جامعه آماری شامل کارشناسان، مدیران دولتی و ساکنین محلی بوده و برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از پرسش‌نامه‌ای با دو بخش جمعیت‌شناختی و شاخص‌های گردشگری پایدار استفاده شد. شاخص‌ها از طریق بررسی ادبیات، مشاوره با متخصصان و استفاده از روش دلفی تایید و به ابعاد مختلف زیست‌محیطی، اقتصادی، فرهنگی، اجتماعی و مدیریتی طبقه‌بندی شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون تی و تحلیل رگرسیون از طریق نرم‌افزار SPSS ۲۵ تحلیل شد. یافته‌ها: در شاخص‌های زیست‌محیطی، کارشناسان اهمیت بیشتری به حفاظت از منابع طبیعی، مدیریت پسماند، و کیفیت هوا دادند، که این امر در نمرات بالای آنان منعکس شد. در شاخص‌های اقتصادی، تفاوت دیدگاه‌ها در شاخص‌هایی چون ایجاد اشتغال و رشد درآمد مشهود بود و کارشناسان و سرمایه‌گذاران بر ضرورت بهبود زیرساخت‌ها و توزیع عادلانه درآمد تاکید بیشتری داشتند. در حوزه فرهنگی و اجتماعی، حفظ فرهنگ بومی و ارتقای هویت فرهنگی از نظر کارشناسان مهم تلقی شد، در حالی که ساکنین محلی نیاز به آگاهی‌بخشی بیشتر داشتند. در بخش مدیریتی نیز، شاخص‌هایی چون برنامه‌ریزی پایدار، حمایت دولتی و بهبود زیرساخت‌ها به‌ویژه برای کارشناسان اهمیت بالایی داشتند که نشان‌دهنده نیاز به سیاست‌گذاری‌های بلندمدت برای دستیابی به توسعه پایدار گردشگری بود. نتیجه‌گیری: توسعه گردشگری پایدار در شهرستان سرخس بیش از همه تحت تأثیر شاخص‌های مدیریتی، به‌ویژه برنامه‌ریزی پایدار و حمایت دولت قرار دارد. همچنین، حفاظت از منابع طبیعی و تقویت زیرساخت‌های اقتصادی و فرهنگی نقش تعیین‌کننده‌ای در تحقق گردشگری پایدار دارند.   Aims: Sarakhs County, one of the cities in Khorasan Razavi Province, has the potential to become a significant tourism hub in the country. However, due to various reasons, optimal and sustainable use of these opportunities has not yet been achieved. The main objective of this research is to elucidate the indicators affecting sustainable tourism development in Sarakhs County. Methodology: This study, aimed at practical applications, employed a descriptive-analytical method and was conducted in 2024 in Sarakhs County. The statistical population includeed experts, government officials, and local residents. Data was collected using a questionnaire consisting of two sections: Demographic information and sustainable tourism indicators. The indicators were validated through a literature review, consultation with specialists, and the Delphi method, and categorized into various environmental, economic, cultural, social, and managerial dimensions. Data was analyzed using t-tests and regression analysis with SPSS 25 software. Findings: Regarding the environmental indicators, experts placed greater importance on the protection of natural resources, waste management, and air quality, as reflected in their high scores. In economic indicators, differences in perspectives were evident in areas such as job creation and income growth, with experts and investors emphasizing the need for improved infrastructure and equitable income distribution. In the cultural and social domains, the preservation of local culture and enhancement of cultural identity were considered important by experts, while local residents required greater awareness. In the managerial sector, indicators such as sustainable planning, government support, and infrastructure improvement held high significance for experts, indicating the need for long-term policies to achieve sustainable tourism development. Conclusion: Sustainable tourism development in Sarakhs County is primarily influenced by managerial indicators, particularly sustainable planning and government support.
