fa شناسایی عوامل کلیدی در توسعه کالبدی شهرها با محوریت عدالت فضایی در شهر یاسوج Identifying Key Factors in the Physical Development of Cities with a Focus on Spatial Justice, Yasuj City جغرافيای شهری Urban Geography پژوهشی اصیل Original Research اهداف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی عوامل کلیدی در توسعه کالبدی شهرها با محوریت عدالت فضایی در شهر یاسوج انجام شد. روش‌شناسی: پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف کاربردی بود و در سال ۱۴۰۳ در محدوده مطالعاتی شهر یاسوج و تدوین شد. جامعه آماری از بین کارشناسان و متخصصان برنامه‌ریزی شهری به تعداد ۲۰ نفر انتخاب شدند و به صورت نمونه‌گیری هدفمند و گزینشی مورد پرسش قرار گرفتند. حجم نمونه با استفاده از فرمول کوکران ۳۸۳ به‌دست آمد و نمونه‌ها به صورت تصادفی ساده و در دسترس مورد پرسش قرار گرفت. به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل نتایج پرسش‌نامه از آزمون تحلیل عاملی تاییدی و تکنیک دیمتل بهره گرفته شد. یافته‌ها: از نظر متغیرهای مرتبط با عدالت فضایی، متغیر تاکید بر توسعه حمل و نقل عمومی ارزان با امتیاز ۱۵/۵، بیشترین اثرگذاری را داشتند و متغیر بازتوزیع درآمد و منابع مادی و غیرمادی (۹/۲) اثرگذاری کمتری را نشان دادند. همچنین عوامل جامعه شهری برای همه و توسعه فراگیر و فرهنگ برابر، به‌ترتیب از کمتر به بیشتر اهمیت خود را نشان دادند. نتیجه‌گیری: شاخص‌هایی همچون وضعیت بازتوزیع درآمد و منابع مادی و غیرمادی، حمایت از گروه‌های محروم جامعه، تاکید بر تفاوت‌ها و به‌رسمیت‌شناسی آن، مالکیت عادلانه، تنوع و تکثرگرایی فرهنگی-اجتماعی و تعاملات و تبادلات اجتماعی-فرهنگی منجر به توسعه کالبدی-فضایی مطلوب و تحقق عدالت فضایی شده است. Aims: The present article aims to identify the key factors in the physical development of cities with a focus on spatial justice in Yasuj City. Methodology: The current research was practical in terms of its purpose and was compiled in the study area of Yasouj City in 2024. The statistical population was selected from urban planning experts and specialists including 20 people who were selected and questioned using targeted and selective sampling. Using Cochran's formula, sample size was calculated to be 383 who were questioned in a random-simple and accessible way. In order to analyze the results of the questionnaire, confirmatory factor analysis test and Dimetal technique were used. Findings: In terms of parameters related to spatial justice, the parameter of emphasis on the development of affordable public transportation with a score of 5.15 was the most influential, and the parameter of redistribution of income and material and non-material resources (2.9) were less influential. Also, the factors of urban society for everyone and inclusive development and equal culture were the least to the most influential factors, respectively. Conclusion: Indicators such as income redistribution and material and non-material resources, support for disadvantaged groups in society, emphasis on differences and their recognition, fair ownership, cultural-social diversity and pluralism, and social-cultural interactions and exchanges.
