fa تحلیل عوامل محیطی در ساختار فضایی شهرک‌های صنعتی استان البرز با روش ELECTRE III Analysis of Environmental Factors on the Spatial Structure of Industrial Estates in Alborz Province Using the ELECTRE III Method جغرافيای شهری Urban Geography پژوهشی اصیل Original Research اهداف: شهرک‌های صنعتی نقش بسیار مهمی در توسعه اقتصادی کشور ایفا می‌کنند و لازم است تا از ابعاد مختلف مورد مطالعه قرار گیرند. این شهرک‌ها تاکنون از ابعاد مختلف در سطح کلان در حوزه جغرافیایی بررسی شده‌اند؛ اما کمتر به ابعاد داخلی آنها توجه شده است؛ از این رو هدف این مقاله تعیین اولویت‌های فضایی در ساختار درونی شهرک‌های صنعتی استان البرز با استفاده از روش تحلیل سلسله‌مراتبی بود. روش‌شناسی: پژوهش حاضر از نوع کاربردی بوده و در سال ۱۴۰۲ در شهرک‌های صنعتی استان البرز انجام شد. فرآیند پژوهش بر اساس شناخت متغیرها و اولویت‌بندی آنها بر اساس روش‌های تحلیل سلسله‌مراتبی و تصمیم‌گیری چندمعیاره تدوین شد. پس از شناسایی متغیرها در مطالعات اسنادی، با استفاده از الکتره، ۱۴ متغیر اصلی شناسایی و اولویت آنها در ساختار فضایی شهرک‌های صنعتی «سیمین‌دشت» و «بهارستان» بر پایه سیستم SANNA مشخص شد. داده‌های فضایی نیز با استفاده از روش نحو فضا استخراج و در فرآیند پژوهش اولویت‌بندی شدند. یافته‌ها: اولویت عوامل محیطی در ساختار فضایی شهرک‌های صنعتی به‌ترتیب شبکه معابر، ارتباط بصری، دانه‌بندی، کیفیت معماری، تراکم ابنیه، ارتباط با خارج، اقلیم، توپوگرافی، زیرساخت و سبزینگی بود. همچنین ساختار فضایی شهرک‌های صنعتی استان البرز موجود از نظر «ارتباط بصری» و «معابر» در بهترین وضعیت و از نظر شاخص «کیفیت معماری» و «سبزینگی» در نامناسب‌ترین وضعیت بودند. نتیجه‌گیری: دسترسی و ارتباط، ساختار کالبدی و ژئومورفولوژی مهم‌ترین عوامل موثر بر ساختار فضایی آنها هستند. ارتباط بصری، شبکه معابر و دانه‌بندی در میان زیرمتغیرها بیشترین اولویت را دارند.   Aims: Industrial estates are essential for the economic advancement of a nation and should be examined from multiple angles. While the geographical environment of these estates has been extensively studied from multiple perspectives, their internal features have received comparatively less scrutiny. Hence, the objective of this paper is to ascertain the spatial preferences within the internal organization of industrial estates in Alborz Province by employing the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) methodology. Methodology: This study was conducted in 2023 with a focus on practical applications. The study strategy was established by utilizing the Analytical Hierarchy strategy (AHP) and Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) techniques to identify and prioritize variables. After conducting a literature review, 14 primary variables were selected using the Delphi technique. The SANNA system was then used to assess the priority of these variables in the geographical structure of the "Simin Dasht" and "Baharstan" industrial estates. The study methodology involved extracting spatial data using the space syntax method and giving it priority. Findings: The road network is the most important environmental factor in determining the spatial organization of industrial estates. Following the road network, the priority of other criteria, in descending order, includes visual connection, grain size, architectural quality, building density, external connection, climate, topography, infrastructure, and greenery. Furthermore, the current spatial arrangement of industrial estates in Alborz Province excels in terms of "visual connectivity" and "road infrastructure," but falls short in terms of "architectural excellence" and "green spaces." Conclusion: The spatial design of the area is primarily influenced by three key factors: accessibility and connection, physical structure, and geomorphology.
