en پیکره‌بندی فضایی ساختمان‌های مسکونی معاصر مشهد، ایران Spatial Configuration of Contemporary Residential Buildings in Mashhad City, Iran جغرافيای شهری Urban Geography پژوهشی اصیل Original Research اهداف: پیکربندی فضایی مسکن به معنای چگونگی اتصال عناصر فضایی با همه مشکلات و مسایل معماری ارتباطی ناگسستنی دارد. بر این اساس، هدف این پژوهش تحلیل و بررسی پیکره‌بندی ساختمان‌های معاصر شهر مشهد بود که بر اساس آن بتوانیم به الگویی‌هایی دست پیدا کنیم. روش‌شناسی: پژوهش حاضر از لحاظ هدف کاربردی بود و در محدوده شهر مشهد انجام شد. این مطالعه با رویکردی مختلط کیفی-کمّی، مقایسه‌ای تطبیقی-توصیفی بر روی پلان‌های مسکونی شهر مشهد انجام داد. روش نمونه‌گیری به صورت تصادفی و خوشه‌ای بوده و از مناطق ۱۷گانه شهر مشهد، ۶۱ نمونه انتخاب شد. یافته‌ها: به طور کلی ۴۴ گراف متفاوت دیده شد که بیشترین فراوانی پلان‌ها در شهر مشهد مربوط به گرافی با شش گره و گرافی با هفت گره شامل فضای ورودی، پذیرایی، اتاق خواب والدین، اتاق خواب فرزند، آشپزخانه و سرویس بهداشتی بود. در مورد پارامتر اتصال، کمترین میزان بیشینه پارامتر اتصال در گراف‌های ترسیم‌شده ۲ و بیشترین میزان بیشینه پارامتر اتصال در گراف‌ها ۴ بود. در مورد پارامتر انتخاب، با توجه به تعداد کم فضاهای داخلی، بیشترین میزان ۲ و کمترین میزان ۱ بود. نتیجه‌گیری: بدنه اصلی همه پلان‌ها در قالب یک فضای ورودی منتهی به فضای پذیرایی تعریف می‌شوند. سلسله‌مراتب فضایی تا حد زیادی در بیشتر پلان‌ها رعایت شده است و دو فضای آشپزخانه و سرویس شناورترین فضاها بوده‌اند.   Aims: The spatial arrangement of housing, pertaining to the interconnection of spatial components, exhibits an intricate relationship with all architectural challenges and concerns. Consequently, the objective of this research endeavor is to scrutinize and explore the arrangement of modern structures in Mashhad, aiming to identify discernible patterns. Methodology: The current investigation adopted a practical approach and was carried out within the confines of Mashhad city in 2021, employing a mixed qualitative-quantitative methodology. A comparative-descriptive analysis was performed on the residential layouts of Mashhad city. The sampling technique utilized was random, leading to the selection of a cluster comprising 61 samples from 17 districts of Mashhad. Findings: A total of 44 distinct graphs were observed, with the predominant layouts in Mashhad being those consisting of six or seven nodes. These nodes typically encompass areas such as the entrance space, reception area, parents' bedroom, child's bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom. Analysis of the connection parameter revealed that the minimum maximum value among the depicted graphs was 2, whereas the maximum peak value stood at 4. In terms of the selection parameter, the highest rating reached 2 due to the limited number of internal spaces, while the lowest rating was 1. Conclusion: The primary structure common to all graphs entails an entrance space leading to a reception area.
