fa تبیین بازآفرینی بافت‌های تاریخی شهر شیراز با رویکرد آینده‌پژوهی Explaining the Revitalization of Historical Areas in Shiraz with a Foresight Approach گردشگری طبيعی Natural Tourism پژوهشی اصیل Original Research اهداف: هدف پژوهش پیش رو، بازآفرینی بافت‌های تاریخی شهر شیراز با رویکرد آینده‌پژوهی در افق ۱۴۳۰ بود. روش‌شناسی: این مطالعه با رویکرد آینده‌پژوهی در سال ۱۴۰۲ در بافت تاریخی شهر شیراز به انجام رسید. در این پژوهش، از پرسش‌نامه محقق‌ساخته استفاده شد. برای طراحی پرسش‌نامه، ابتدا لیست شاخص‌های موثر بر بازآفرینی بافت‌های تاریخی شهر شیراز از طریق بررسی سایر مطالعات استخراج شد. با استفاده از شاخص‌های تعیین‌شده، پرسش‌نامه طراحی شد. برای ارزیابی پرسش‌نامه از تکنیک دلفی استفاده شد. به منظور پاسخ‌گویی به پرسش‌های پژوهش، ۳۰ نفر از کارشناسان و متخصصین حوزه برنامه‌ریزی با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند. برای تجزیه و تحلیل نیروهای پیشران در منطقه مورد مطالعه، از نرم‌افزارهای آینده‌پژوهی مانند میک‌مک (MicMac ۱) و سناریو ویزارد (Scenario Wizard ۴) استفاده شد. یافته‌ها: ۱۴ عامل کلیدی موثر بر بازآفرینی بافت تاریخی شیراز شامل مخروبه‌شدن برخی از بناهای باارزش تاریخی، نبود بودجه برای مرمت، از بین‌رفتن ارزش بناهای تاریخی در ذهن مردم، عدم استفاده کامل گردشگران از جاذبه‌های توریستی بافت و غیره شناسایی شد. بهترین سناریوی ممکن در بین ۶ سناریوی پذیرفته‌شده، سناریوی چهارم با کسب ۱۳ شرط و سپس سناریو ششم با ۱۲ شرط مطلوب ارزیابی شد و سناریوهای دیگر (سناریوهای اول، دوم، سوم و پنجم) به دلیل دارابودن وضعیت قرمز به عنوان سناریوهای بحرانی در نظر گرفته می‌شوند. به طور کلی، در بین ۶ سناریو، سناریوی چهارم با ضریب مطلوبیت ۱۰/۲۱ بهترین سناریوی مطلوب و سناریوی پنجم با نرخ بحرانی ۳۳/۳۳% بدترین وضعیت بحرانی را داشت. نتیجه‌گیری: ۶ سناریو با ترکیب‌های متفاوتی از سه وضعیت، مطلوب، ایستا و بحرانی، احتمال وقوع در بازآفرینی بافت تاریخی شهر شیراز را دارند که وضعیت مطلوب بیشترین سهم را در بین حالت‌های ممکن دارد و پس از آن حالت ایستا و در نهایت حالت بحرانی قرار دارند.   Aims: This study aimed to revitalize the historical districts of Shiraz using a foresight methodology, with a focus on the year 2051. Methodology: Conducted in 2023 (1402 in the Islamic calendar), the research employed a foresight approach to analyze Shiraz's historical areas. A researcher-developed questionnaire was utilized for data collection, beginning with a review of existing literature to identify key indicators affecting the revitalization process. These indicators were used to design the research questionnaire, which was validated using the Delphi method. The study's sample consisted of 30 experts in urban planning, selected through purposive sampling. To assess the key driving forces, foresight tools such as MicMac and Scenario Wizard were applied. Findings: Fourteen significant factors impacting the revitalization of Shiraz's historical fabric were identified, including the degradation of historically significant buildings, limited financial resources for restoration, declining public appreciation of historical buildings, and the underutilization of tourist attractions in these areas. Among the six potential scenarios, the fourth scenario, which exhibited 13 favorable conditions, was deemed the most optimal, followed by the sixth scenario with 12 favorable conditions. The remaining scenarios (first, second, third, and fifth) were classified as critical due to their negative status. The fourth scenario, with a desirability score of 21.10, was the most advantageous, while the fifth scenario, with a critical rate of 33.33%, represented the worst-case scenario. Conclusion: Six possible scenarios, each representing different combinations of favorable, static, and critical conditions, may arise in the revitalization of Shiraz's historical districts.
