fa بررسی و تعیین هسته‌های مرکزی شهر زاهدان با استفاده از سیستم اطلاعات جغرافیایی Examination and Determination of the Central Cores of Zahedan City Using Geographic Information System (GIS) جغرافيای شهری Urban Geography پژوهشی اصیل Original Research مقدمه: مرکز شهر مظهر قدرت، سیاست، روابط اجتماعی، اقتصاد، پتانسیل‌ها، تکنولوژی و مشکلات هر شهر ‌است. قسمت مرکزی شهر واقعیتی محسوس و عینی در فضای شهر ‌است که فرآیندهای مخفی شهر را آشکار می‌سازد. هدف از این پژوهش، بررسی تک‌هسته‌ای یا چندهسته‌ای‌بودن شهر زاهدان و در نهایت شناسایی هسته یا هسته‌های مرکزی در ساختار فضایی شهر زاهدان ‌بود. روش‌شناسی: این پژوهش از نوع کاربردی بوده و در سال ۱۴۰۲ در شهر زاهدان به ‌انجام رسید. روش گردآوری داده‌ها، کتابخانه‌ای و اسنادی ‌است. شاخص‌های مورد بررسی شامل تراکم مراکز آموزشی، بانک‌ها، مراکز بهداشتی، ادارات، اماکن ورزشی، مراکز تجاری، فضای سبز، اماکن مذهبی، اماکن نظامی، پارکینگ‌ها، اماکن پذیرایی، اماکن اوقات فراغت، تراکم ساختمانی، تراکم جمعیت و کیفیت خیابان‌ها و کاربری اراضی شهر زاهدان ‌بود. پس از تهیه بلوک‌های شهری و داده‌های مورد نظر، اطلاعات تهیه‌شده به لایه بلوک‌های شهری زاهدان در نرم‌افزار ۱۰.۳ ArcGIS افزوده ‌شد. سپس بر اساس نظرات کارشناسی، دامنه مناسب فواصل از امکانات مورد نظر با استفاده از طیف ۵گانه لیکرت و ابزار ریکلاسیفای در نرم‌افزار ArcGIS ۱۰.۳ تعیین‌ شد. در این پژوهش برای شناسایی هسته‌های مرکزی شهر از دو روش تحلیل شبکه‌ای و تحلیل سلسله‌مراتبی استفاده‌ شد. یافته‌ها: طبق نتایج تحلیل شبکه‌ای، شهر دارای یک هسته‌ مرکزی بزرگ در مرکز شهر و ۵ هسته فرعی در اطراف شهر بود. در روش تحلیل سلسله‌مراتبی، هسته‌ مرکزی شهر در مرکز شهر زاهدان و در مناطق ۵، ۱ و ۲ و مناطقی که پتانسیل توسعه و ایجاد گره و هسته‌ شهری را دارند قرار داشت. نتیجه نهایی هر دو روش بدین صورت بود که شهر زاهدان در کل تک‌هسته‌ای‌ بود و در حال تشکیل هسته‌های بعدی و تبدیل‌شدن به شهر چندهسته‌ای بود. نتیجه‌گیری: با وجود رشد فیزیکی در طول چند دهه گذشته، همچنان ساختار تک‌هسته‌ای از نظر خدمات‌رسانی و اشتغال در شهر زاهدان شهر غالب است.   Aims: The central component of the city presents itself as a palpable and tangible reality within the urban landscape, thereby unveiling the enigmatic mechanisms at play within the city. The objective of this study was to investigate whether there is a singular or multiple central cores within the confines of Zahedan city, ultimately aiming to identify the predominant central core or cores in the spatial arrangement of Zahedan city. Methodology: This study is carried out in 2023 in the city of Zahedan. The process of data collection entailed both extensive library research and meticulous document analysis. The parameters under scrutiny included educational institutions, financial institutions, healthcare facilities, administrative centers, athletic facilities, commercial establishments, green areas, places of worship, military installations, parking spaces, street conditions, recreational amenities, and population density. The acquired data was subsequently integrated into the urban blocks utilizing ArcGIS 10.3. Expert opinions were sought in order to ascertain the appropriate distances for each parameter. Network analysis and hierarchical analysis were employed to assign weightings to the aforementioned parameters. Findings: The results of the network analysis reveal that the city consists of a prominent central core situated in the city center and five subcores dispersed throughout the urban area. In the hierarchical analysis method, the central core of the city is situated in the city center of Zahedan along with areas 5, 1, and 2. These areas, as well as regions with potential for development and the establishment of urban nodes, contribute to the central core. Both methods corroborate that Zahedan city is comprised of singular cores and is in the process of evolving into a multi-core city. Conclusion: Despite the physical expansion witnessed in Zahedan city over the past few decades, the dominant structure remains a single core in terms of service provision and employment.
