fa شناسایی پیشران‌های مؤثر بر مکان‌های سوم و کیفیت محیط شهری اهواز Identifying the Drivers Affecting third Places and the Quality of the urban Environment in Ahvaz city جغرافيای شهری Urban Geography پژوهشی اصیل Original Research اهداف: در سال های اخیر موضوع کیفیت محیط شهری به یک موضوع بسیار مهم در جامعه تبدیل شده است، توجه به مکان های سوم برای شکل‌دادن به جوامع محلی ضروری بوده و کلید اصلی رفاه زندگی شهری محسوب می شود. هدف از این پژوهش شناسایی پیشران های مؤثر بر مکان های سوم و کیفیت محیط شهری است. روش شناسی: این پژوهش با رویکردی کمَی، به شیوه پیمایشی و با اتکا بر مطالعات کتابخانه ای-اسنادی و روش دلفی هدفمند برای شناسایی شاخص های مفهومی، در سال ۱۴۰۲ در شهر اهواز انجام شد. حجم نمونه کارشناسان و متخصصان مرتبط با موضوع پژوهش ۳۰ نفر بود. پژوهش حاضر با بهره گیری از تکنیک تحلیل اثرات متقاطع و با استفاده از برنامه MICMAC به تحلیل مؤلفه های مکان های سوم و کیفیت محیطی شهر اهواز پرداخت. با استفاده از روش دلفی ۵۵ مؤلفه و در ۱۰ بُعد، به عنوان شاخص های مکان سوم و کیفیت محیط استخراج شدند. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از آزمون‌ تحلیل مسیر با استفاده از مدل معادلات ساختاری Smart PlS استفاده شد. یافته ها: پس از بررسی چگونگی و میزان اثرگذاری ۵۵ عامل یادشده بر یکدیگر و بر وضعیت آینده کیفیت محیط اهواز با روش های مستقیم و غیرمستقیم، ۱۱ عامل کلیدی که بیشترین نقش را در وضعیت آینده کیفیت محیطی شهر اهواز داشتند، انتخاب شدند. یافته‌های حاصل از نتایج الویت‌بندی ابعاد مؤثر در مکان های سوم وکیفیت محیط در شهر اهواز نشان داد که شاخص های فعالیت و کاربری (۳۲۰/۹)، ادراکی (۹۹۵/۷) و تصویر ذهنی و آرامش (۱۴۱/۵) در رتبه اول اهمیت قرار دارند. نتیجه گیری: مکان‌های سوم و مولفه‌های آنان تاثیری قوی و چشم‌گیر بر کیفیت محیطی شهر اهواز دارند. با توجه به درهم‌آمیزی مؤلفه‌ها و شاخص‌های مفهوم مکان سوم، نقش آن بر جوانب مختلف کیفیت محیط و آینده آن در شهر اهواز انکارناپذیر است.   Aim: The issue of the quality of the urban environment has gained significant importance in recent years within society. It is imperative to prioritize the consideration of third places in order to foster local communities and enhance the well-being of urban life. The primary objective of this study is to identify the factors that influence third places and the quality of the urban environment. Methodology: This research employed a quantitative approach, utilizing a survey method and drawing upon targeted library documentaries and Delphi studies to determine conceptual indicators in the year 1402 in Ahvaz city. The sample size consisted of experts and specialists in the field relevant to the research topic, totaling 30 individuals. Through the application of the cross-effects analysis technique and the Micmac program, this study examined the components of third places and the environmental quality of Ahvaz city. For the purpose of this study, the Delphi method was employed to identify 55 components and 10 dimensions as indicators of the third place and the quality of the environment. The data was then analyzed using path analysis test with the PLS Smart structural equation model. Findings: The analysis of the 55 factors revealed 11 key factors that have the greatest impact on the future state of Ahvaz's environmental quality. These factors were identified by examining the direct and indirect effects of the factors on each other and the future state of Ahvaz's environmental quality. The findings of the prioritization of the effective dimensions in the third places and the quality of the environment in Ahvaz city indicate that activity and utility indicators, perception, and mental image and relaxation are ranked as the most important factors. Conclusion: There is a comprehensive and multidimensional relationship between the quality of the environment and third places in Ahvaz City.
