fa تحلیلی بر ساختارهای نهادی در فرآیندهای ساخت‌وساز حریم کلان‌شهر تهران بر اساس رهیافت نظریه بازی Analysis of Organizational Structures in Tehran Metropolitan Privacy Construction Processes based on Game Theory Approach جغرافيای شهری Urban Geography پژوهشی اصیل Original Research <div style="border-bottom:solid windowtext 1.0pt; padding:0cm 0cm 1.0pt 0cm">اهداف: نهادهای موثر در فرآیندهای ساخت‌و‌ساز حریم کلان‌شهر جهت حل مسایل افتراق‌های مدیریتی خود مستلزم بهره‌گیری از الگوهای نوین و کارآمد هستند. کاربست ابزارهای متداول مدل‌سازی در شهرها و کلان‌شهرها علاوه بر تبیین صریح صورت مساله، منجر به کشف راه‌حل‌های سازنده می‌شود. این ابزارها در صورتی که به خوبی استفاده شوند، درک و شناخت مسایل دنیای واقعی را تسهیل می‌کنند. یکی از این ابزارها نظریه بازی است. در همین راستا پژوهش حاضر بر آن شد تا از رهیافت نظریه بازی به تحلیل ساختارهای نهادی در فرایندهای ساخت‌وساز در حریم کلان‌شهر تهران بپردازد. روش شناسی: پژوهش توصیفی- تحلیلی حاضر در سال 1401 انجام شد. داده‌های مورد نیاز پژوهش به‌روش اسنادی- پیمایشی (مصاحبه و مشاهده) گردآوری شد. جامعه آماری شامل مدیران و یا کارشناسان که بر اساس نمونه‌گیری هدفمند و نظری تعداد ۲۰ نفر به‌عنوان جامعه نمونه انتخاب شد. با استفاده از روش تحلیل محتوا، تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌های مطالعه صورت پذیرفت. از مدل گراف، به‌عنوان ابزاری مناسب برای مدل‌سازی و تحلیل مسایل پیچیده، بازی شکل گرفته بین ذینفعان مختلف نهادهای ساخت‌وساز در حریم کلان‌شهر مدل‌سازی و تحلیل شد و با استفاده از نرم افزار GMCR+ انجام گرفت. یافته‌ها : نتایج مدل‌سازی نشان داد از 42 وضعیت شدنی، 6 وضعیت تعادلی و 6 وضعیت نیمه پایدار وجود دارد. نتیجه‌گیری: تحلیل های ائتلافی نهادها نشان می‌دهد مطلوبیت ساختارهای نهادی در این کلان‌شهر که واجد تحقق حداکثری منافع بازیگران باشد، مستلزم اصلاحات ساختاری است که معطوف به حفاظت محیط، قدرت هماهنگی، منطبق با اسناد فرادست و ظرفیت‌سازی و حضور فعال بازیگران باشد.</div> Aims: Effective organizations in the construction processes in the city limits need to use new and efficient models to solve discrete management problems. Using common modeling tools in cities and big cities, in addition to accurately determining the problem also identifies effective solutions. If these tools are used well then the understanding of real world problems will be facilitated. One of these tools is "game theory". This research tries to analyze the organizational structures in the construction processes in Tehran with the help of game theory. Methodology: This descriptive-analytical research was conducted in 1401. The data required for this research were collected by the "documentary-survey" method (interview and observation). The statistical population of this research includes managers and experts who were selected based on purposeful and theoretical sampling and their number is 20 people. Also using the content analysis method, the data of this research was analyzed. The graph model was also used as a suitable tool for modeling, analyzing complex issues and analyzing the state of the game among different stakeholders of organizations related to construction in the city. GMCR+ software was used for this modeling. Findings: The results of this modeling show that among the 42 situations, there are 6 stable and 6 semi-stable situations.
