style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="FA" style="background:white"><span iransharpsmall="" light="">اهداف:</span></span></b><span lang="FA" style="background:white"><span iransharpsmall="" light=""> تاثیرگذاری سیاست‌های ملی و تصمیمات کشورها، بر تغییر اشکال و ابعاد عملکرد فیزیکی زمین، به درجه‌ای رسیده است که مسایل زیست‌محیطی در قلمروهای منطقه‌ای</span></span><span lang="FA" style="background:white"><span iransharpsmall="" light=""> و </span></span><span lang="FA" style="background:white"><span iransharpsmall="" light="">فرامنطقه‌ای ماهیتی ژئوپلیتیکی پیداکرده است و توان متفاوت هر محیط جغرافیایی موقعیت متفاوتی را برای آن منطقه فراهم نموده است. </span></span><span iransharpsmall="" lang="FA" light="">هدف از این تحقیق، بررسی توان‌های طبیعی و انسانی تاثیرگذار بر توسع</span><span iransharpsmall="" lang="FA" light="">ه زیست‌محیطی استان فارس بود.</span></span></span></span><br> <span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span iransharpsmall="" lang="FA" light="">روش‌شناسی:</span></b><span iransharpsmall="" lang="FA" light=""> این تحقیق پیمایشی در سال ۱۴۰۱ در استان فارس به انجام رسید. جمع‌آوری داده‌ها با استفاده از پرسش‌نامه و مطالعه پیشینه تحقیقاتی و نیز مطالعه ویژگی‌های منطقه شکل گرفت. لیست معیارها و شاخص‌های موثر بر توسعه زیست‌محیطی استان فارس با سنجش نظرات کارشناس تهیه شد و سپس برای وزن‌دهی از روش‌های ویکور، تاپسیس و انتروپی شنون استفاده شد. </span><span iransharpsmall="" lang="AR-SA" light="">جامعه آماری مورد مطالعه، </span><span iransharpsmall="" lang="FA" light="">۱۵۸</span><span iransharpsmall="" lang="AR-SA" light=""> نفر از کارشناسان و متخصصین حوزه علوم سیاسی و ژئوپلیتیک در استان فارس بودند که به‌صورت هدفمند انتخاب شدند. </span><span iransharpsmall="" lang="FA" light="">با توجه به تنوع روش‌های مورد استفاده و تفاوت وزن‌های به‌دست آمده، برای تعیین وزن نهایی از روش کپلند استفاده شد. </span></span></span></span><br> <span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span iransharpsmall="" lang="FA" light="">یافته‌ها:</span></b> <span iransharpsmall="" lang="AR-SA" light="">چهار معیار اقتصادی، اجتماعی، محیطی و فرهنگی- گردشگری به عنوان عوامل موثر بر توسعه زیست‌محیطی استان فارس شناخته شدند. در معیار اقتصادی به ترتیب عوامل توسعه معادن و کارخانجات، زیرساخت، سطح رفاه، تکنولوژی، اشتغال و سرمایه‌گذاری داخلی و خارجی، در معیار محیطی، عوامل منابع طبیعی، شبکه‌های آبی، شبکه‌های ارتباطی، توپوگرافی، پراکنش نقاط جمعیتی و دریاچه و تالاب‌ها، در معیار اجتماعی، عوامل سطح آگاهی و اطلاعات، ساختار جمعیت، عملکرد زیست‌محیطی، مشخصات قومی- فرهنگی و آموزش، و در معیار فرهنگی- گردشگری نیز، گردشگران خارجی، آثار باستانی ملی، آثار جهانی و گردشگران داخلی به ترتیب اولویت بر توسعه زیست‌محیطی استان فارس تاثیرگذار بوده‌اند.</span></span></span></span><br> <span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span iransharpsmall="" lang="AR-SA" light="">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></b><span iransharpsmall="" lang="AR-SA" light=""> برای دستیابی به اهداف زیست‌محیطی، برنامه‌ریزی توسعه توان‌های انسانی و محیطی در راستای حفظ محیط‌زیست برای نسل‌های آتی ضروری است. برنامه‌ریزی هر یک از مولفه‌های مورد نظر سبب تاثیر مستقیم و نیز غیرمستقیم بر سایر مولفه‌ها می‌شود.</span></span></span></span></span></span> <span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span style="background:white"><span cambria="">Aims: </span></span></b><span style="background:white"><span cambria="">Environmental issues in regional and extra-regional territories have acquired a geopolitical nature.</span></span><span cambria=""> <span style="background:white">The different power of each geographical environment has provided a different position for that region.</span> <span style="background:white">This study aimed to investigate the natural and human factors affecting the environmental development of Fars province.</span></span></span></span><br> <span style="line-height:normal"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span style="background:white"><span cambria="">Methodology:</span></span></b><span style="background:white"><span cambria=""> This descriptive-analytical research was done in 2022-23 in Fars province.</span></span><span cambria=""> <span style="background:white">Data were collected by a questionnaire, studying the research background, and the characteristics of the region.</span> <span style="background:white">The list of criteria affecting the environmental development was prepared by evaluating expert opinions, and</span> <span style="background:white">Vicor, Topsis and Shannon entropy methods were used for weighting and Copeland&#39;s method was used to determine the final weight of the criteria.</span></span></span></span><br> <span style="line-height:normal"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span style="background:white"><span cambria="">Findings:</span></span></b><span style="background:white"><span cambria=""> Four economic, social, environmental and cultural-tourism criteria were recognized as effective factors on the environmental development of Fars province.</span></span><span cambria=""> <span style="background:white">In the economic criterion, the factors of development of mines and factories, infrastructure, welfare level, technology, employment and domestic and foreign investment, in the environmental criteria, natural resource factors, water networks, communication networks, topography, distribution of population points and lakes and wetlands, in the social criterion, the factors of awareness and information level, population structure, environmental performance, ethno-cultural characteristics and education, and in the cultural-tourism criterion, foreign tourists, national antiquities, world monuments and domestic tourists have influenced the environmental development of Fars province, respectively.</span></span></span></span><br> <span style="line-height:normal"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span style="background:white"><span cambria="">Conclusion:</span></span></b><span style="background:white"><span cambria=""> In order to achieve environmental goals, it is necessary to plan the development of human and environmental capabilities to preserve the environment for future generations.</span></span><span cambria=""> <span style="background:white">The
