fa محیط شناسی سیاسی-اقتصادی چین؛ قدرت ژئوپلیتیک جنوب شرق آسیا Political-Economic Cognition of China; a Geopolitical Power in Southeast Asia جغرافیای سیاسی Political Geography مروری تحلیلی Analytical Review اهداف: روند رشد و توسعه اقتصادی کشورهای آسیایی که از اواخر دهه 70 میلادی آغاز شد چنان سریع و چشمگیر بود که در پایان قرن بیستم، علاوه بر ژاپن بهعنوان غول اقتصادی آسیا، چند کشور آسیایی دیگر از جمله چین و هند نیز در شمار اقتصادهای بزرگ و موفق جهان قرار گرفتند. به طور قاطع میتوان گفت که مهمترین عامل تاثیرگذار بر خیزش کشورهای آسیایی و قرار گرفتن آنها در میان قدرتهای بزرگ، رشد و توسعه چشمگیر اقتصادی بوده است. ظهور چین به عنوان کانون یک منطقه جدید ژئواستراتژیک نهتنها به ضعف نفوذ ایالات متحده و روسیه در غرب و پاسیفیک شمالی، بلکه همچنین به تغییرات در محیطشناسی سیاسی- اقتصادی چین مربوط میشود. هدف این تحقیق توصیفی- تحلیلی، بررسی محیطشناسی سیاسی- اقتصادی چین با اتکا به روش تفسیر پیشینه تحقیقاتی برای درک موقعیت ژئوپلیتیکی در جنوبشرق آسیا بوده است. دادهها با استفاده از جست و جو در منابع کتابخانهای و پیشینه تحقیقاتی جمعآوری شد. نتیجهگیری: در جامعه امروز چین، در میان توده مردم و نخبگان سیاسی کشور بیش از هر چیز، ثبات اقتصادی، سیاسی و اجتماعی حایز اهمیت است. اصلاحات صورت پذیرفته نیز، نه در جهت بر هم زدن نظم سیاسی موجود، بلکه در راستای افزایش نقش قانون، گسترش تدریجی مشارکت و ایجاد نظام کنترل و نظارت رسمی صورت پذیرفته است. ماحصل این اصلاحات نیز، گسترش پاسخگویی در مقابل مردم، شفافیت و اعتمادسازی است. ساختار فرهنگی چین نیز بهعنوان عاملی موثر و مثبت در توسعه و تقویت قدرت داخلی و بینالمللی این کشور نقش برجستهای در شکوفایی توانمندیهای این کشور ایفا میکند.   Aims: The economic growth and development of Asian countries, which began in the late 1970s were so rapid, so that at the end of the 20th century, in addition to Japan as the Asian economic giant, several other Asian countries, including China and India, were among the major economies. It can be said the most important factor influencing the rise of Asian countries and their position among the great powers has been significant economic growth and development. The emergence of China as the center of a new geostrategic region is related not only to the weak US and Russian influence in the West and North Pacific but also to changes in China itself and its politico-economic environment. The purpose of this descriptive-analytical study was to study the political-economic environment of China by relying on the method of interpreting the research background to understand the geopolitical situation in Southeast Asia. Data were collected using a search of library resources and research background. Conclusion: In today's Chinese society, economic, political, and social stability is paramount among the public and the country's political elite. The reforms were not aimed at disrupting the existing political order, but at increasing the role of the law, gradually expanding participation, and establishing a system of formal control and supervision. The result of these reforms is the expansion of accountability to the people, transparency, and confidence-building.
