fa تحلیل فضایی و مکان‌یابی مراکز امداد و نجات در شهر مشهد جغرافيای شهری Urban Geography پژوهشی اصیل Original Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:IRANsharp;"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="FA">اهداف: </span></b><span lang="FA">به موازات پیشرفت فناوری و دانش بشر در عرصه</span><span dir="LTR">&shy;</span><span lang="FA">های مختلف، احتمال آسیب&shy;‌پذیری آن&shy;ها در برابر بحران&shy;‌های طبیعی و انسان‌ساخت به نحو محسوسی افزایش یافته است. یکی از موضوعات مهم از دیدگاه مدیریت بحران، شناسایی مکان‌های مناسب برای استقرار مراکز امداد و نجات به منظور ساماندهی و کمک رسانی سریع به آسیب‌دیدگان است. مقاله حاضر به دنبال مکان‌یابی مراکز امداد و نجات بر اساس معیار‌های کارآمد در شهر مشهد است. </span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="FA">روش‌شناسی</span></b><span lang="AR-SA">:</span><span lang="FA"> روش مطالعه حاضر توصیفی و مکان‌یابی است و از نظر هدف کاربردی است. جمع‌آوری اطلاعات از منابع کتابخانه‌ای و مجموعه گزارش‌ها، اسناد و آمار منتشر شده بوده است. معیارهای متعددی برای مکان‌یابی این مراکز از منابع معتبر استخراج شد. سپس با استفاده از نظر کارشناسان خبره مهم‌ترین معیار‌های مکان‌یابی مناسب با توجه به شرایط شهر مشهد تعیین شد و بر مبنای معیار‌های تعیین ‌شده، مکان‌یابی مراکز امداد و نجات برای شهر مشهد با کمک روش تحلیل سلسله‌مراتبی و با استفاده از نرم‌افزار </span><span dir="LTR">GIS 10.8</span><span lang="FA"> انجام شده است. </span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="FA">یافته‌ها: </span></b><span lang="FA">با در نظر گرفتن معیارهای فاصله از کاربری‌های مسکونی، مراکز درمانی، ایستگاه آتش‌نشانی، دسترسی مناسب به راه‌ها و دوری از تاسیسات شهری خطرناک، مکان‌یابی مراکز امداد و نجات در شهر مشهد انجام شد.</span> <span lang="FA"><span style="font-family:"IRANSharpSmall Light","sans-serif""></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="FA">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></b><span lang="FA"> در نهایت بر مبنای معیارهای اولویت‌بندی‌شده، بهترین مکان برای مراکز امداد و نجات مشخص شده است. </span></span></span></span></span></div> <pre style="text-align: justify;"> <span style="font-size:10pt"><span style="tab-stops:45.8pt 91.6pt 137.4pt 183.2pt 229.0pt 274.8pt 320.6pt 366.4pt 412.2pt 458.0pt 503.8pt 549.6pt 595.4pt 641.2pt 687.0pt 732.8pt"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span cambria="" style="font-family:">Aims:</span></b><span cambria="" style="font-family:"> Along the progress of human technology and knowledge in different fields, the possibility of their vulnerability in the face with natural crises has been spiked noticeably. Gathering information from library sources and a collection of published reports, documents and statistics. Numerous criteria for locating these centers were extracted from reliable sources. Then, using the opinion of experts, the most important location criteria were determined according to the conditions of Mashhad city.
