fa تدوین الگوی مشارکت سازمان‌‌های مردم‌نهاد در نظام مدیریت شهری (نمونه موردی: کلان‌شهر تهران) جغرافيای شهری Urban Geography پژوهشی اصیل Original Research <span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span lang="FA"><span iransharpsmall="" light="" style="font-family:">اهداف: </span></span></b><span lang="FA"><span iransharpsmall="" light="" style="font-family:">مشارکت یکی از شاخص‌‌های رهبری و نشانه بلوغ سازمانی جامعه محسوب می‌شود. مفهوم مشارکت ارتباط تنگاتنگ و مرتبط با مفهوم شهروندی دارد. هدف از این پژوهش، تدوین الگویی برای جلب مشارکت سازمان‌‌های مردم‌نهاد در نظام مدیریت شهری در کلان‌شهر تهران بود.</span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span lang="FA"><span iransharpsmall="" light="" style="font-family:">روش‌شناسی:</span></span></b><span lang="FA"><span iransharpsmall="" light="" style="font-family:"> روش تحقیق بر اساس هدف کاربردی و بر اساس روش توصیفی-تحلیلی است. اجرای تحقیق در کلان‌شهر تهران در 123 ناحیه شهرداری در سال 1399 تا نیمه اول 1400 و شامل مدیران نواحی شهر تهران (به تعداد 2654 نفر) بود. داده‌ها به صورت کتابخانه‌ای و مطالعات میدانی جمع‌آوری شد. تعداد 360 نفر مدیر و کارشناس انتخاب شد و به‌منظور تجزیه‌وتحلیل اطلاعات نیز از روش‌‌های آماری میانگین، جداول فراوانی و مدل تحلیل عاملی تاییدی بهره‌گرفته شد.</span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span lang="FA"><span iransharpsmall="" light="" style="font-family:">یافته‌ها:</span></span></b> <span lang="FA"><span iransharpsmall="" light="" style="font-family:">سازمان‌‌های مردم‌نهاد در مشارکت شهروندان در مدیریت شهری می‌تواند نقش حائز اهمیت و در خور توجهی داشته باشند. بار‌های عاملی روی مسیر‌های به‌دست‌آمده، نشان داد که الگوی مورد نظر از اعتبار و روایی قابل قبولی برخوردار بود و مقدار بار‌های عاملی تمام مسیرها بیش از 7/0 نشان داد؛ بنابراین سمن‌ها برای ارتقاء مشارکت شهروندان در مدیریت شهری می‌توانند در ابعاد مختلف نقش‌‌های مهم ایفا کنند.<i></i></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span lang="FA"><span iransharpsmall="" light="" style="font-family:">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></span></b><span lang="FA"><span iransharpsmall="" light="" style="font-family:"> برای تحقق مشارکت سازمان‌های مردم‌نهاد در نظام مدیریت شهری، ابتدا باید بستر‌های لازم برای مشارکت سمن‌ها فراهم شود و پس از آن ابزار‌های مشارکت و تعیین هدف و نوع تخصص‌‌های سمن‌ها است که در میزان مشارکت تاثیرگذار است؛ بنابراین قصد و نیت مشارکت، ابزار‌های مشارکت و زیرساخت‌‌های مشارکت مولفه‌‌های اصلی مدل مشارکت سمن‌ها در نظام مدیریت شهری در بررسی و یافته‌های این تحقیق است.</span></span></span></span></span></span> <span style="font-size:10pt"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span cambria="" style="font-family:">Aims:</span></b><span cambria="" style="font-family:"> Participation is one of the indicators of leadership and a sign of organizational maturity of society. The concept of participation is closely related to the concept of citizenship. The purpose of this study was to develop a model for attracting the participation of non-governmental organizations in the urban management system in the metropolis of Tehran.</span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:10pt"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span cambria="" style="font-family:">Methodology: </span></b><span cambria="" style="font-family:">The research method is based on applied purpose and is based on descriptive-analytical method. The research was conducted in the metropolis of Tehran in 123 municipal districts in 1399 until the first half of 1400 and included district managers of Tehran (2654 people). Data were collected in the form of libraries and field studies. A total of 360 managers and experts were selected and for statistical analysis, mean statistical methods, frequency tables and confirmatory factor analysis model were used.</span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:10pt"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span cambria="" style="font-family:">Findings:</span></b><b> </b><span cambria="" style="font-family:">Non-governmental organizations can play an important role in citizen participation in urban management.
