fa برنامه‌ریزی کالبدی با رویکرد پدافند غیرعامل در شهر زاهدان جغرافيای شهری Urban Geography پژوهشی اصیل Original Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:IRANsharp;"><strong>اهداف:</strong> رعایت الزامات پدافند غیرعامل در برنامه&shy;‌ریزی کالبدی از اصول لازم برای توسعه پایدار و به منظور ماندگاری تاسیسات و زیرساخت&shy;‌های شهر و حفظ جان و مال مردم اتخاذ می&shy;‌شود، بنابراین توجه مدیران و مسئولان به اصول پدافند غیرعامل در برنامه‌&shy;ریزی کالبدی، زمینه&shy;‌های لازم برای پیشبرد این رویکرد نوین برای ارتقای مفهوم ایمنی و امنیت شهری را فراهم می&shy;کند. هدف از پژوهش حاضر، برنامه‌&shy;ریزی کالبدی با رویکرد پدافند غیرعامل در شهر زاهدان، بود.<br> <strong>روش&shy;‌شناسی:</strong> پژوهش توصیفی-تحلیلی حاضر در سال ۱۴۰۰ انجام شد. این پژوهش، از نظر هدف، کاربردی است. گردآوری اطلاعات و داده‌&shy;ها به صورت اسنادی و کتابخانه‌&shy;ای و با استفاده از مطالعات مهندسین مشاور و سازمان&shy;‌های مربوطه و استخراج داده‌&shy;ها از نقشه‌&shy;های <span dir="LTR">GIS</span> شهر بود. برای تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌&shy;ها، نرم&shy;‌افزارهای <span dir="LTR">Super Decisions ۳</span> مدل <span dir="LTR">ANP</span> و <span dir="LTR">Arc GIS ۱۰.۸</span> استفاده شد.<br> <strong>یافته&shy;‌ها:</strong> نتایج تلفیق نقشه<span dir="LTR">&shy;</span>ها با استفاده از روش <span dir="LTR">GIS-ANP</span> نشان داد، در صورت وقوع بحران از مجموع مساحت شهر مساحتی در حدود ۷۳۵هکتار دارای وضعیت نامناسب، ۱۲۴۰هکتار دارای وضعیت نسبتاً نامناسب، ۳۱۲۰هکتار متوسط، ۲۱۸۷هکتار نسبتاً مناسب و ۷۹۰هکتار دارای وضعیت مناسب است.<span style="font-size:10.0pt;"></span><br> <strong>نتیجه&shy;‌گیری:</strong> وضعیت کالبدی شهر زاهدان از نظر اصول پدافند غیرعامل در مرکز مناسب و کاملاً مناسب و در حاشیه&shy;‌های شهر و به خصوص نیمه جنوبی شهری نامناسب و کاملاً نامناسب است.</span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Aims: </strong>Observance of passive defense requirements is one of the necessary principles for the sustainable development of the city&#39;s facilities and infrastructure and the protection of people&#39;s lives and property is considered, Therefore, the attention of managers and officials to the principles of passive defense provides the necessary grounds for advancing this new approach in order to promote the concept of urban safety and security. The aim of the present study was to Physical planning with a passive defense approach in the city of Zahedan.<br> <strong>Methodology: </strong>The present descriptive-analytical research was conducted in 2021<strong>. </strong>This research is applied in terms of purpose. Collecting information and data in the form of documents and libraries and using the studies of consulting engineers and related organizations and extracting data from GIS maps of the city.
