fa ارزیابی توسعه گردشگری با مدل پویایی سیستم‌ها (مطالعه موردی شهر شهداد در شمال شرق کرمان) Evaluation of Tourism Development by Systems Dynamics Model (Case Study: Shahdad City in the Northeast of Kerman) گردشگری طبيعی Natural Tourism پژوهشی اصیل Original Research اهداف: گردشگری شهری پدیده‌ای پیچیده است که این پیچیدگی در تعامل با محیطهای مختلف افزایش مییابد. در سالهای اخیر با توجه به اهمیت این مساله گردشگری تاثیر زیادی بر روابط اقتصادی، فرهنگی و سیاسی جوامع مختلف داشته است. لذا هدف از این پژوهش ارزیابی کاربرد روش پویایی سیستم در برنامهریزی و توسعه صنعت گردشگری شهر شهداد بود. روش شناسی: با استفاده از مدلسازی دینامیکی در قالب روش تحلیل پویایی سیستمها به ارزیابی توسعه گردشگری شهر شهداد پرداخته شد. پس از مرور پیشینه تحقیقات انجامشده و شناسایی عوامل موثر بر توسعه گردشگری شهر شهداد، مهم‌ترین این عوامل مشخص و مدلی از این عوامل و روابط عملی بین آن‌ها در محیط نرمافزار VENSIM 9.2.2  ترسیم و افق زمانی 10 سال آینده شبیهسازی شد. یافته ها: در شبیهسازی مدل، سناریوهای مختلفی بر اساس افزایش هزینه توسعه گردشگری شهداد، بودجه مازاد (5000 دلار) و کاهش هزینه توسعه گردشگری شهداد، نبود بودجه (1 دلار) ایجاد شد و نشان داد که این بودجه مازاد می‌تواند بر متغیرهای دیگر تاثیرگذار باشد. با افزایش هزینه توسعه گردشگری شهداد شاهد افزایش جاذبهها و ظرفیت‌های گردشگری در مدل بودیم و از طرفی کمبود بودجه هم باعث شد که با کاهش جاذبهها و تمایل مردم محلی رو به رو شویم و این مساله بیانگر این است که تمامی متغیرها در مدل با هم ارتباط داشتند. نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج شبیه‌سازی الگوی طراحی شده نشان داد که برای دستیابی به اهداف مد نظر تناسب و هماهنگی بین زیرسیستم‌های مختلف سیستم گردشگری شهداد (در آمد اقتصاد گردشکر، جذابیت گردشگری، حفاظت از محیط زیست، تمایل افراد محلی) امری ضروری و لازم است.   Aims: Urban tourism is a complex phenomenon that increases in interaction with different environments. In recent years, due to this issue's importance, tourism has greatly impacted the economic, cultural, and political relations of different societies. Therefore, the aim of this study was to evaluate the application of the system dynamics method in the planning and development of the tourism industry in Shahdad. Methodology: In this research, using dynamic modeling in the form of the systems dynamics analysis method, the tourism development of Shahdad city has been evaluated. After reviewing the background of the research and identifying the factors affecting the development of tourism in Shahdad, the most important of these factors and a model of these factors and practical relationships between them were drawn in the Vensim software environment and the time horizon of the next 10 years was simulated. Findings: In the model simulation, different scenarios were created based on increasing the cost of Shahdad tourism development, surplus budget ($ 5,000) and decreasing the cost of Shahdad tourism development, lack of budget ($ 1), and showed that this surplus budget could affect other variables. With the increase in the cost of tourism development in Shahdad, we saw an increase in attractions and tourism capacities in the model, and on the other hand, the lack of budget caused us to faceless attractions and the desire of local people, and this indicates that all variables in the model They were related.
