همبستگی شاخص‌های کیفی مسکن و استرس درک‌شده در خانوارهای کلانشهر اصفهان

اهداف و زمینه‌ها: براساس مطالعات سازمان بهداشت جهانی طیف وسیعی از اختلالات ‌روانی در کشورهای توسعه‌یافته و در حال توسعه با سطوح مختلفی از وضعیت اقتصادی در ارتباط است. یکی از مهم‌ترین اختلالات و فشارهای روانی استرس است. مسکن در محیط کالبدی نقش بسیار بالایی در شاخص‌های سلامت ‌روان دارد. هدف این پژوهش بررسی اثر شاخص‌های کیفی مسکن بر استرس درک‌شده شهروندان با مطالعه محله‌های مفت‌آباد و مرداویج کلانشهر اصفهان بود.
روش‌شناسی: این پژوهش توصیفی- تحلیلی در جامعه خانوارهای دو محله اصفهان در سال 1397 انجام شد. برای مطالعه شاخص‌های کیفی مسکن از 8 شاخص درونی و 12 شاخص بیرونی و برای بررسی استرس درک‌شده از پرسش‌نامه استاندارد استرس درک‌شده کوهن و همکاران استفاده شد. داده‌ها با آزمون‌های ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون خطی تجزیه و تحلیل شدند.
یافته‌ها: کیفیت محیط‌ درونی در محله مفت‌آباد (671/0-) و مرداویج (656/0-) و همچنین کیفیت محیط بیرونی در محله مفت‌آباد (665/0-) و مرداویج (675/0-) با استرس درک‌شده رابطه معنادار و معکوس داشت. متغیرهای طراحی داخلی، فضای سبز داخل ساختمان، نور دریافتی طبیعی، کیفیت ابنیه، تنوع پوشش‌ گیاهی، کاربرد مناسب رنگ در فضا، کف‌سازی پیاده‌روها، امکان پیاده‌روی، کیفیت فضاهای همگانی، پاکیزگی محیط و امنیت محیط بیشترین تأثیرگذاری را بر میزان استرس درک‌شده خانوارهای محله‌های مورد مطالعه داشت.
نتیجه‌گیری: کیفیت مسکن شهری به واسطه آنکه افراد بیشتر اوقات خود را در آن سپری می‌کنند، می‌تواند باعث افزایش یا کاهش استرس درک‌شده شود.
