en تحلیل اثرات اقتصادی اجتماعی اقامتگاه‌های ثانویه بر نواحی روستایی )مطالعه موردی: روستاهای شهرستان آستارا( Analysis of Economic Social Impacts of the Secondary Residences in Rural Areas: Case Study of Astara County جغرافيای شهری Urban Geography پژوهشی اصیل Original Research اهداف: این مطالعه با هدف بررسی پیامدهای اقتصادی و اجتماعی اقامتگاه‌های ثانویه در روستاهای شهرستان آستارا انجام شد. روش شناسی: پژوهش حاضر به صورت خلاصه شامل طراحی توصیفی–تحلیلی و کاربردی بود که در شهرستان آستارا در سال 1404 به انجام رسید. داده‌ها از طریق مرور منابع علمی و اسناد رسمی و همچنین پرسش‌نامه‌ای استاندارد جمع‌آوری شد. پرسش‌نامه شامل دو بخش اقتصادی و اجتماعی بود و از مقیاس پنج‌گزینه‌ای لیکرت استفاده کرد. روایی و پایایی ابزار با نظر کارشناسان و محاسبه ضریب آلفای کرونباخ تأیید شد. جامعه آماری شامل ساکنان روستاها بود و حجم نمونه با استفاده از فرمول کوکران تعیین شد. نمونه‌گیری به صورت تصادفی طبقه‌ای انجام و داده‌ها با نرم‌افزار SPSS 26 تحلیل شد. تحلیل داده‌ها شامل آمار توصیفی و آزمون‌های استنباطی تی تک‌نمونه‌ای و فریدمن برای بررسی اهمیت و رتبه‌بندی مولفه‌ها بود. تمامی مراحل با رعایت اصول اخلاق پژوهش و کنترل کیفیت داده‌ها انجام شد. یافته ها: یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد که اقامتگاه‌های ثانویه تأثیر قابل‌توجهی بر افزایش درآمد خانوارها، رونق بخش‌های مسکن، ساخت‌وساز و تولید و ایجاد فرصت‌های سرمایه‌گذاری و کارآفرینی در جامعه محلی دارند. در بعد اجتماعی، این اقامتگاه‌ها موجب ارتقای سطح آموزش، مهارت‌های اجتماعی، حفظ سنت‌ها و فرهنگ محلی و تقویت برخی شاخص‌های مشارکت اجتماعی شده‌اند، هرچند اهدافی مانند کاهش مهاجرت و تقویت انسجام اجتماعی هنوز به‌طور کامل محقق نشده است. تحلیل آماری با استفاده از آزمون تی تک‌نمونه‌ای و آزمون فریدمن نشان داد که تفاوت معناداری میان اهمیت مولفه‌ها وجود دارد و مولفه‌هایی مانند درآمد و آموزش بیشترین اولویت را از دید پاسخ‌دهندگان دارند. نتیجه گیری: نتایج این پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که توسعه اقامتگاه‌های ثانویه می‌تواند فرصت‌های اقتصادی و اجتماعی قابل‌توجهی برای توسعه پایدار روستاها فراهم آورد، اما نیازمند مدیریت دقیق پیامدهای بالقوه منفی از جمله فشار بر منابع طبیعی و تغییر قیمت زمین است.   Objectives: This study aimed to examine the economic and social impacts of secondary residences in the rural areas of Astara County. Methodology: The research employed a descriptive–analytical and applied design conducted in Astara County in 2025. Data were collected through a review of scientific literature and official documents, as well as a standardized questionnaire. The questionnaire consisted of economic and social sections and utilized a five-point Likert scale. The validity and reliability of the instrument were confirmed by expert evaluation and Cronbach’s alpha coefficient. The study population included rural residents, and the sample size was determined using Cochran’s formula. Stratified random sampling was applied, and data were analyzed using SPSS 26. Analyses included descriptive statistics and inferential tests, specifically one-sample t-tests and the Friedman test, to assess the importance and ranking of the components. All procedures adhered to research ethics and data quality control standards. Findings: The results indicated that secondary residences significantly contribute to household income growth, the prosperity of housing, construction, and production sectors, and the creation of investment and entrepreneurial opportunities in the local community. Socially, these residences enhance education levels, social skills, preservation of traditions and local culture, and certain indicators of social participation, although objectives such as reducing migration and strengthening social cohesion have not been fully achieved. Statistical analyses using one-sample t-tests and the Friedman test demonstrated significant differences in the importance of components, with income and education being prioritized by respondents.
