fa تحلیل اثرات اقتصاد حمل‌و‌نقل پلتفرمی بر تحولات ساختار فضایی شهر و نظام مدیریت شهری (مطالعه موردی: شهر اصفهان) جغرافيای شهری Urban Geography پژوهشی اصیل Original Research اهداف: <div>گسترش اقتصاد حمل‌ونقل پلتفرمی در سال‌های اخیر، پیامدهای قابل‌توجهی بر الگوهای جابه‌جایی، سازمان فضایی شهرها و شیوه‌های مدیریت شهری بر جای گذاشته است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف تحلیل اثرات اقتصاد حمل‌ونقل پلتفرمی بر تحولات ساختار فضایی شهر و نظام مدیریت شهری در شهر اصفهان انجام شد.</div> <div>روش پژوهش:</div> <div>پژوهش حاضر با رویکرد کمی در سال 1404 در شهر اصفهان انجام شد. جامعه آماری شامل شهروندان استفاده‌کننده از خدمات حمل‌ونقل پلتفرمی و متخصصان حوزه‌های حمل‌ونقل، برنامه‌ریزی شهری و مدیریت شهری بود. حجم نمونه بر اساس فرمول کوکران 384 نفر تعیین شد. داده‌ها از طریق پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته گردآوری و با استفاده از تحلیل عاملی تأییدی و مدل‌یابی معادلات ساختاری (SEM) در نرم‌افزارهای SPSS و AMOS تحلیل شدند.</div> <div>یافته‌ها:</div> <div>نتایج نشان داد اقتصاد حمل‌ونقل پلتفرمی تأثیر مثبت و معناداری بر تغییر الگوی تحرک شهری و دسترسی فضایی دارد. همچنین، تغییر الگوی تحرک شهری و دسترسی فضایی به‌عنوان متغیرهای میانجی، نقش مؤثری در شکل‌گیری تحولات ساختار فضایی شهر ایفا می‌کنند. یافته‌ها همچنین بیانگر تأثیر مستقیم و معنادار تحولات ساختار فضایی بر تحول نظام مدیریت شهری است.</div> <div>نتیجه‌گیری:</div> <div>نتایج پژوهش نشان می‌دهد اقتصاد حمل‌ونقل پلتفرمی فراتر از یک ابزار جابه‌جایی، به عاملی اثرگذار در بازآرایی ساختار فضایی شهر و تحول الگوهای مدیریت شهری تبدیل شده است. ازاین‌رو، بهره‌گیری از ظرفیت‌های داده‌محور و خدمات پلتفرمی می‌تواند زمینه ارتقای حکمرانی هوشمند و افزایش کارآمدی مدیریت شهری را فراهم سازد.</div> <div><br> &nbsp;</div> <div>Aims:</div> <div>The expansion of the platform-based transportation economy in recent years has had significant impacts on mobility patterns, the spatial organization of cities, and urban management practices. This study was conducted to analyze the effects of the platform-based transportation economy on transformations in urban spatial structure and the urban management system in Isfahan City.</div> <div>Methodology:</div> <div>This study was conducted using a quantitative approach in Isfahan City during 2025&ndash;2026. The statistical population consisted of citizens using platform-based transportation services and experts in the fields of transportation, urban planning, and urban management. The sample size was determined to be 384 respondents based on Cochran&rsquo;s formula. Data were collected through a researcher-developed questionnaire and analyzed using Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) in SPSS and AMOS software.</div> <div>Findings:</div> <div>The results showed that the platform-based transportation economy has a positive and significant effect on changes in urban mobility patterns and spatial accessibility. In addition, changes in urban mobility patterns and spatial accessibility, as mediating variables, play an effective role in shaping transformations in the urban spatial structure. The findings also indicate a direct and significant effect of urban spatial structure transformations on the transformation of the urban management system.</div> <div>Conclusion:</div> <div>The findings indicate that the platform-based transportation economy, beyond being a mobility tool, has become an influential factor in the reorganization of urban spatial structure and the transformation of urban management patterns.
