This study aimed to evaluate the feasibility components of a smart city in District 22 of the Tehran metropolis.</span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><b><span lang="EN" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span cambria="" style="font-family:"><span style="color:#70ad47">Methodology:</span></span></span></b> <span lang="EN" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span cambria="" style="font-family:">This survey study was conducted in District 22 of the Tehran metropolitan area from April to October 1404. The study population was 183 experts and urban affairs officials from the Municipality of District 22 of the Tehran metropolis. A questionnaire was used to assess the current situation. A one-sample t-test was used to examine the components of a smart city, regression analysis was used to determine the most effective components, and Pearson&#39;s correlation coefficient test was used to measure the correlation between the components.</span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><b><span lang="EN" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span cambria="" style="font-family:"><span style="color:#70ad47">Findings:</span></span></span></b> <span lang="EN" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span cambria="" style="font-family:">The average level of all smart city components in District 22 of the Tehran metropolitan area was average. Based on the average level of dissatisfaction with the smart city components and the regression analysis, smart citizen ranked first, and smart environment ranked sixth.
