en ارزیابی تحقق‌پذیری شاخص‌های شهر هوشمند در منطقه ۲ تهران Assessment of the Feasibility of Smart City Indicators Implementation in District 2 of Tehran جغرافیای عمومى General Geography پژوهشی اصیل Original Research اهداف: در سال‌های اخیر، مطالعات مختلفی در سطوح جهانی و ملی به بررسی جنبه‌های مختلف شهر هوشمند پرداخته‌اند. در سطح بین‌المللی، تمرکز عمده این پژوهش‌ها بر تدوین شاخص‌ها، سنجش آمادگی شهرها برای هوشمندسازی و تحلیل ابعاد اجرایی شهر هوشمند بوده است. هدف از این پژوهش، ارزیابی میزان تحقق‌پذیری شاخص‌های شهر هوشمند در منطقه ۲ تهران بود. روش‌شناسی: این پژوهش پیمایشی به روش تحلیل محتوای کیفی در پاییز و زمستان 1403 در ساکنان منطقه ۲ شهر تهران انجام شد. ابزار پژوهش پرسش‌نامه‌ای محقق‌ساخته دارای ۳۷ گویه در قالب 6 شاخص اصلی بود. برای تحلیل داده‌ها و ارزیابی میزان تحقق‌پذیری شاخص‌های شهر هوشمند، آزمون رگرسیون خطی چندگانه به کار گرفته شد. یافته‌ها: میانگین شاخص‌های تحقق شهر هوشمند از نظر شرکت‌کنندگان برای مردم هوشمند 39/0±19/4، زندگی هوشمند 48/0±92/3، حکمروایی هوشمند 50/0±11/4، اقتصاد هوشمند 34/0±52/3، حمل و نقل هوشمند 82/0±38/3 و محیط زیست هوشمند 35/0±11/4 به دست آمد. اقتصاد هوشمند (0001/0=p) بیشترین و زندگی هوشمند (048/0=p) کمترین نقش را در پیشبرد اهداف شهر هوشمند داشت. نتیجه‌گیری: منطقه ۲ شهرداری تهران از نظر تحقق شاخص‌های شهر هوشمند به‌ویژه ابعاد اقتصادی، حکمرانی و مشارکت اجتماعی در سطح مطلوبی قرار دارد، با این حال، ابعاد محیط زیست هوشمند و زندگی هوشمند نیازمند بازنگری راهبردی هستند.   Aims: In recent years, various studies at the global and national levels have examined various aspects of smart cities. At the international level, the main focus of these studies has been on developing indicators, assessing cities' readiness for smartization, and analyzing the dimensions of smart city implementation. The purpose of this study was to assess the feasibility of smart city indicators in District 2 of Tehran. Methodology: This survey research was conducted using qualitative content analysis in the fall and winter of 2024 among residents of Tehran's District 2. The research instrument was a researcher-developed questionnaire comprising 37 items across 6 main indicators. A multiple linear regression test was used to analyze the data and assess the feasibility of smart city indicators. Findings: The mean of smart city realization indicators from the participants' perspective was obtained as 4.19±0.39 for smart people, 3.92±0.48 for smart life, 4.11±0.50 for smart governance, 3.52±0.34 for smart economy, 3.38±0.82 for smart transportation, and 4.11±0.35 for smart environment. Smart economy (p=0.0001) had the highest role, and smart life (p=0.048) the lowest, in advancing the goals of the smart city. Conclusion: District 2 of Tehran Municipality is at a desirable level in achieving smart city indicators, especially in the economic, governance, and social participation dimensions.
