Women have unique health conditions and so use health care system more than men. Urban green spaces have the potentiality to resolve health issues in cost-effective interventions. Given the importance of this issue, this article analyzes the spatial autocorrelation of women’s death and access to urban green spaces in Mashhad. Data in this research has been analyzed in descriptive-analytic method with GIS and Geo Da software. According to 1392 statistics, the first cause of death for women in Mashhad was cardiovascular disease. Therefore, women’s death because of this disease is checked and their home addresses (1780 address in full) were spotted in GIS. Moran coefficient and G statistic was used to investigate the spatial distribution of female deaths and to calculate the average distance of community center to the nearest green spaces over a hectare Near command was use. To analyze the spatial autocorrelation of women’s death and access to green spaces in Mashhad two-variable Moran was used, as well. Results show that women’s death spatial distribution is in cluster way and Moran coefficient was 0.5 and G statistics 0.4. 42% of residential areas are located over 1000 meters far from parks which were bigger than 1 hectare. Attained spatial distribution about analyses of the spatial autocorrelation of women’s death and access to green spaces was in cluster mode and the two-variable Moran coefficient was 0.3. In the areas which women are living from the green spaces, women’s death experienced a high distribution.
