Prioritize the behavioral components of religious tourists in order to increase satisfaction with the destination city Case study: Mashhad city))

Aims & Backgrounds : In the planning of religious cities, tourists are one of the most effective groups, so it is necessary to see the behavior of religious tourists in the programs and policies of urban planners. Because the planning of religious cities in accordance with the behavior of tourists leads to the satisfaction of tourists in the destination city. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to identify and prioritize the behavioral components of tourists in order to achieve satisfaction.
Methodology: Research is descriptive in nature and method and practical in terms of purpose. Data collection was done through field observation, simple random random distribution, and library studies. The validity of the questionnaire has been made available to several experts in this field, the reliability of the questionnaire based on Cronbachchr('39')s alpha and data analysis using the confirmatory factor analysis method and prioritization of the Friedman test.
Results: According to the research findings, there is a significant correlation and correlation between the research variables and among the main factors of research, loyalty and mental image of tourists in Mashhad has more priority, but the level of tourist participation in urban issues is the lowest. Has had.
Conclusion: Therefore, the results indicate that in order to obtain the level of satisfaction of tourists, the results of which can be manifested in the form of participation, commitment and loyalty to the destination city, accurate and comprehensive identification of tourist behavior in the destination city, which should be Pay attention to city managers and planners.
