مدل ارزیابی سایت و برنامه‌ریزی اکوتوریسم در مناطق تحت حفاظت با رویکرد ظرفیت برد اکولوژیک

اهداف و زمینه‌ها:‌ امروزه از اکوتوریسم به‌عنوان ابزاری یاد می‌شود که درصدد است تا لذت‌ها و منافع حاصل از گردشگری را تحقق بخشد، ولیکن تلاش نماید تا از ارزش‌های طبیعی و اکولوژیکی مناطق نیز کاسته نشود. هدف تحقیق، آن است که با تعیین معیارهای موثر در ارزیابی اکوتوریسم و با کمک ظرفیت برد اکولوژیکی، اقدام به برنامه‌ریزی برای اکوتوریسم در مناطق تحت حفاظت شهرستان شاهرود نماید.
روش‌شناسی: در گام نخست، معیارهای ارزیابی سایت گردآوری و توسط خبرگان مورد امتیازدهی ‌قرار گرفتند. برازش توسط نرم‌افزار لیزرل صورت گرفت. سپس لایه‌های اطلاعاتی تهیه و از طریق مقایسه زوجی وزن‌دهی و همپوشانی شدند. پس از آن از طریق پهنه‌بندی نسبت به تعیین مساحت و ظرفیت برد فیزیکی، واقعی و موثر برای اکوتوریسم منطقه اقدام شد.
یافته‌ها: مدل نهایی ارزیابی اکوتوریسم شامل 8 بعد و 20 معیار است. برازش مدل نشان خوب و قابل قبول بوده است (GFI برابر با 942/0). همچنین؛ 8/66474 هکتار (8/12٪ از منطقه) مناسب برای اکوتوریسم است. منطقه مطالعاتی شامل 3 پهنه جنگل کوهستانی، کوهستان و دشت و بیابان و کویر است. ظرفیت برد موثر برای پهنه جنگل کوهستانی، معادل 1743 نفر و برای زون کوهستان و دشت، برابر با 1765 نفر و برای زون بیابان و کویر معادل با 3123 نفر است.
نتیجه‌گیری: در مناطق تحت حفاظت شهرستان شاهرود، ظرفیت برد زیست محیطی رعایت نشده است و بیشتر از حد تحمل آستانه است. در نتیجه برای رسیدن به ظرفیت برد مناسب و مطلوب (اکوتوریسم) باید در منطقه اصول حفاظتی در صدر برنامه‌ریزی گردشگری قرار گیرد.
