ارزیابی اثرات تغییرات اقلیمی بر تغییرات آسایش حرارتی بیرونی با استفاده از شاخص دمای معادل فیزیولوژیکی (PET) در شهر مشهد

مقدمه: در دهه‌های اخیر گرمایش زمین سبب مرگ هزاران نفر در جهان شده است. این امر سبب گردیده تا برنامه‌ریزی شهری با چالش عمده تغییرات اقلیمی و لزوم کاهش تأثیرات آن دست‌به‌گریبان شود. این امر سبب شده تا دغدغه‌های کاهش و انطباق با این مخاطرات در ابعاد مختلف زندگی شهری به سمت ارتقا سلامت انسان‌ها سوق پیدا نماید.
اهداف: تحقیق حاضر باهدف بررسی تأثیرات تغییرات اقلیمی ناشی از موج گرما برآسایش حرارتی بیرونی در شهر مشهد است.
مواد و روش‌ها: روش گردآوری اطلاعات به‌صورت مطالعات کتابخانه‌ای و استفاده از داده‌های ایستگاه هواشناسی شهر مشهد در بازه زمانی ده‌ساله (2017-2007) بوده است. روش تحلیل، استفاده از فن نرم‌افزارهای ریمن[1] و اکسل[2] در شهر مشهد است. شاخص مورداستفاده، دمای معادل فیزیولوژیکی[3] به‌عنوان پراستفاده‌ترین شاخص سنجش آسایش حرارتی بیرونی است.
نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج نشان می‌دهد که تغییرات اقلیمی و تأثیرات موج گرما در شهر مشهد در ماه‌های تیر و مرداد بر روی آسایش حرارتی بیرونی تأثیر گذاشته است و سبب شده تا در این ماه‌ها، سلامت انسان‌ها بیشتر به خطر بیافتد. همچنین بررسی‌های تغییرات آسایش حرارتی بیرونی در فصل زمستان این شهر نشان می‌دهد که میزان گرم شدن این فصول روند سریعی را در پیش‌گرفته است، به‌طوری‌که در طی ده سال میزان آسایش حرارتی بیرونی به میزان 4/1+ درجه سانتی‌گراد در اسفندماه افزایش داشته است، این عدد در فصل تابستان و تیرماه به عدد 1/1+ می‌رسد. همچنین بررسی‌ها نشان می‌دهد که فصول تابستان و بهار این شهر در حال ورود به محدوده تنش گرمایی است حال‌آنکه فصول سرد آن به سمت گرم‌تر شدن و ورود به محدوده آسایش حرارتی بیرونی است.
