Effect of organizational trust management with ethical intelligence approach on organizational citizenship behavior (Case Study: Financial & Credit Institutions of Khorasan Razavi)

Aims & Backgrounds: The valuable personality trait that has attracted so much attention today is organizational citizenship behavior.This variable, inspired by a good citizen, describes a employee who works hard to help the organization perform better.Organizational trust is one of the important factors that influences organizational citizenship behavior. Since the foundation of all values and behaviors in the organization is moral values, managers must always consider the highest ethical standards in their organization. Increasing unethical work in work environments The attention of managers has been to discuss the concept of organizational trust and ethical intelligence as a framework for the proper functioning of mankind.
Methodology: The purpose of this study was to explain the effect of organizational trust management with ethical intelligence approach on organizational citizenship behavior in Financial & Credit Institutions of Khorasan Razavi (13 institutions with 453 branches). The research method is the objective dimension, developmental-applied and in terms of the mixed method (qualitative-quantitative). The statistical population in the qualitative section includes all experts and managers of management sciences and senior managers of banking, 25 of them were selected by non-probability sampling method (purposeful and judgmental). In the quantitative part of the population, 336 people including all employees of financial and credit institutions of Khorasan Razavi were selected by cluster sampling method.
Findings: The main instrument of the study was a questionnaire whose validity was verified by exploratory factor analysis and its reliability by Cronbachchr('39')s alpha coefficient.The value of this coefficient for organizational trust management was 0.91 and ethical intelligence was 0.83 and for organizational citizenship behavior 0.66.
Conclusion: The findings of this research show that ethical intelligence with 67% coefficient and organizational trust management with ethical intelligence approach and 84% coefficient are used to explain the variance of organizational citizenship behavior.
