en تدوین راهبردهای تحقق شهر اکولوژیک در شهر سوسنگرد با رویکرد برنامه ریزی راهبردی و بومی Developing Strategies for Realizing an Ecological City in Susangerd Through Strategic Planning and a Localized Approach جغرافيای شهری Urban Geography پژوهشی اصیل Original Research مقدمه: ازاین‌رو، پژوهش حاضر با هدف ارزیابی ظرفیت‌های شهر سوسنگرد برای حرکت به سوی الگوی شهر اکولوژیک، شناسایی نقاط قوت و ضعف موجود و ارائه راهبردهای توسعه پایدار شهری انجام شد. روش شناسی: پژوهش کاربردی با ماهیت توصیفی‑تحلیلی و رویکرد برنامه‌ریزی راهبردی بومی در شهر سوسنگرد، خوزستان در سال 1405 انجام شد. جامعه آماری ۱۰۰ نفر از صاحب‌نظران شهری و زیست‌محیطی بود که ۳۰ نفر به‌صورت هدفمند نمونه‌گیری شدند. داده‌ها با پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته در ابعاد چهارگانه (زیست‌محیطی، اجتماعی، اقتصادی، مدیریتی) با روایی (CVR=0.78, CVI=0.82)  و پایایی (آلفای کرونباخ= 85/0) تأییدشده، و مصاحبه‌های نیمه‑ساختاریافته با خبرگان گردآوری شد. تحلیل داده‌ها با ضریب همبستگی پیرسون، آزمون فریدمن، تحلیل محتوای کیفی و ماتریس SWOT در محیط SPSS 26 انجام گرفت. یافتهها: وضعیت شاخص‌های شهر اکولوژیک با میانگین ۳۳/۲ از ۵ در سطح نامطلوب قرار داشت. بعد اقتصادی (۰۹/۲) نامطلوب‌ترین و بعد اجتماعی (۶۲/۲) نسبتاً مطلوب‌ترین بودند. اشتغال سبز (۸۷/۱) پایین‌ترین و فرهنگ بومی سازگار با طبیعت (۸۸/۲) بالاترین امتیاز را داشتند. همبستگی مثبت معنی‌دار بین همه ابعاد مشاهده شد (قوی‌ترین: مدیریت-زیست‌محیطی ۶۱/۰). آزمون فریدمن، کیفیت هوا (میانگین رتبه ۸۵/۸)، بودجه محیط‌زیستی (۱۲/۸) و فضای سبز (۷۸/۷) را بحرانی‌ترین شاخص‌ها معرفی کرد. امتیاز وزنی عوامل داخلی (۳۲/۲) و خارجی (۳۸/۲) نشان‌دهنده غلبه ضعف‌ها بر قوت‌ها و تهدیدها بر فرصت‌ها بود. موقعیت راهبردی شهر در ناحیه ۹ ماتریس IE  (ضعیف-نامساعد) قرار گرفت و ۱۸ راهبرد تدوین شد که راهبردهای بازنگری و تدافعی اولویت اصلی داشتند؛ «استفاده از فناوری‌های نوین برای کنترل آلودگی هوا»  نیز بالاترین اولویت را کسب کرد. نتیجه گیری: وضعیت شاخص‌های شهر اکولوژیک در سوسنگرد در سطح نامطلوبی قرار دارد و ضعف‌های مدیریتی و زیست‌محیطی بر قوت‌ها غلبه دارند. اولویت‌بینی راهبردها نشان می‌دهد که استفاده از فناوری‌های نوین برای کنترل آلودگی هوا، توسعه حمل‌ونقل پایدار و فرهنگ‌سازی محیط‌زیستی، مهم‌ترین اقدامات فوری برای خروج از وضعیت بحرانی و حرکت به‌سوی تحقق شهر اکولوژیک هستند.   Aims: This study aimed to assess the capacities of Susangerd for transitioning toward an ecological city, identify existing strengths and weaknesses, and propose strategies for sustainable urban development. Methodology: This applied research employed a descriptive-analytical design with a localized strategic planning approach in Susangerd at 2026-2027. The statistical population consisted of 100 urban and environmental experts, of whom 30 were purposively sampled. Data were collected using a researcher-developed questionnaire across four dimensions (environmental, social, economic, and managerial) with confirmed validity (CVR=0.78, CVI=0.82) and reliability (Cronbach's alpha=0.85), along with semi-structured expert interviews. Data analysis was performed using Pearson correlation coefficient, Friedman test, qualitative content analysis, and SWOT matrix in SPSS 26. Findings: The overall status of ecological city indicators was unfavorable with a mean of 2.33 out of 5. The economic dimension (2.09) was the most unfavorable, while the social dimension (2.62) was relatively favorable. Green employment (1.87) scored lowest, whereas indigenous culture compatible with nature (2.88) scored highest. Significant positive correlations were observed among all dimensions (strongest: management-environment at 0.61). The Friedman test identified air quality (mean rank 8.85), environmental budget (8.12), and green space (7.78) as the most critical indicators. Weighted scores for internal (2.32) and external (2.38) factors indicated the predominance of weaknesses over strengths and threats over opportunities. The city's strategic position fell within Zone 9 of the IE matrix (weak-unfavorable). Eighteen strategies were formulated, with review and defensive strategies as priorities; "Utilizing modern technologies for air pollution control" achieved the highest priority. Conclusion: The ecological city indicators in Susangerd are at an unfavorable level, with managerial and environmental weaknesses outweighing strengths.
