fa تبیین کیفیت تحقق مولفه های هم پیوندی فضایی در بازآفرینی شهری بافت تاریخی خمینی شهر Assessment of the Quality of the Realization of Spatial Connectivity Components in the Urban Regeneration of the Historic Fabric of Khomeinishahr جغرافیای عمومى General Geography پژوهشی اصیل Original Research اهداف: اهمیت هم‌پیوندی فضایی در بازآفرینی بافت‌های فرسوده و تاریخی صرفاً به اتصال فیزیکی با مناطق پیرامون محدود نمی‌شود، بلکه ایجاد رابطه‌ای زنده، مستمر و معنادار میان اجزای درونی بافت و نظام شهری گسترده‌تر و توجه به ارزش‌های موجود در بافت‌های تاریخی را دربرمی‌گیرد. در این راستا، پژوهش حاضر با هدف تبیین و شناخت مؤلفه‌های هم‌پیوندی فضایی در بازآفرینی شهری بافت تاریخی خمینی‌شهر انجام شد. روش‌شناسی: این پژوهش با رویکرد پراگماتیستی و روش آمیخته (کمّی-کیفی) انجام شد. برای گردآوری داده‌های توصیفی از روش کتابخانه‌ای و اسناد مرجع و برای داده‌های تحلیلی از روش پیمایشی و پرسشنامه استفاده شد. جامعه نمونه شامل ۳۷۳ نفر از شهروندان بافت تاریخی خمینی‌شهر بود که با نمونه‌گیری طبقه‌بندی‌شده انتخاب شدند. پژوهش از آبان تا بهمن ۱۴۰۴ انجام شد. یافته‌ها: نتایج حاصل از شبکه عصبی پرسپترون چندلایه و تحلیل واریانس نشان داد: نخست، مؤلفه هویت‌مندی فضایی در میان چهار مؤلفه هم‌پیوندی فضایی از کیفیت تحقق نازلی در محلات بافت تاریخی خمینی‌شهر برخوردار بود که بیانگر ضعف در حفظ ارزش‌های تاریخی-فرهنگی و نظام محله‌ای سنتی است. دوم، محله ورنوسفادران از نظر برخورداری از مؤلفه‌های هم‌پیوندی فضایی در وضعیت نامناسب‌تری قرار داشت. سوم، به‌جز مؤلفه معماری فضایی، بین محلات خوزان، ورنوسفادران و فروشان از نظر برخورداری از مؤلفه‌های هم‌پیوندی فضایی تفاوت معنادار وجود داشت. نتیجه‌گیری: تبیین رویکرد هم‌پیوندی فضایی در بازآفرینی بافت‌های تاریخی می‌تواند فراتر از اتصال فیزیکی و چیدمان فضایی، با رویکردی جامع، جنبه‌های فیزیکی، ارزش‌های اجتماعی-فرهنگی و هویت‌مندی فضایی را دربرگیرد.   Aims: The importance of spatial integration in the regeneration of dilapidated and historical urban fabrics extends beyond establishing physical connections with surrounding areas; rather, it involves creating a vibrant, continuous, and meaningful relationship between the internal components of the fabric and the broader urban system, while addressing the values embedded in historical urban fabrics. Accordingly, this study aimed to explain and identify the components of spatial integration in the urban regeneration of the historical fabric of Khomeini Shahr. Methodology: This research was conducted using a pragmatic approach and a mixed-method design (quantitative-qualitative). Descriptive data were collected through library research and the review of reference documents, while analytical data were obtained using a survey method and questionnaire. The sample consisted of 373 citizens of the historical fabric of Khomeini Shahr, selected through stratified sampling. The study was conducted from November 2025 to February 2026. Findings: The results obtained using a multilayer perceptron neural network and analysis of variance showed that, first, the spatial identity component, among the four components of spatial integration, had a low level of realization in the neighborhoods of the historical fabric of Khomeini Shahr, indicating weaknesses in preserving historical-cultural values and the traditional neighborhood system. Second, the Vernosfadran neighborhood was in a less favorable condition in terms of spatial integration components. Third, except for the spatial architecture component, significant differences were found among the three neighborhoods—Khozan, Vernosfadran, and Foroshan—in terms of spatial integration components.
